When we finally got a response, it was I'll send you a quote for a new one which my GC nor I was ok with. We asked him to send someone else out to at least look at it. Again, my GC and I have followed up via email after email and voicemails and again, he said he can quote us a new one. No effort, no apologies, nothing. I've put many many countertops in over the years, never had one crack or even fail. Empire Surfaces could careless. Notice that 3 of their 5 star reviews are at the same time they received 1 star reviews. This is a 2 star company at best based on my experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
