I don't know why they have a bad review- they have been so good with my son. He is happy to see them when I drop him off and in a great mood when I pick him up. She is a bold face liar and when she called me to ask what the problem was (after she got wind of my complaint) counteracted with consistently cutting me off while I was trying to explain... While I wrote in a review elsewhere she had the nerve to actually make BOLD face lies about how I handled the situation, money that I spent for my son (which she denied saying SHE covered it) and more lies about my child's behavior which she could show no incident reports for. We have a unique part time schedule and they were able to find us a regularly returning in home nanny. She is so sweet and clearly cares but knows her stuff!
