We were in dire need to get our windows clean, inside and out, plus the tracks were filled with gunk. I had already made the mistake of trying to get them clean myself and only accomplished getting very sore hands, arthritis strikes again. So as usual I decided to explore the internet and read reviews on businesses in our local area. We struck gold with R Sparkling Window Cleaner whose location is in Hayward. I sent a request to them and Ricardo replied promptly and asked if he could come by and look over the work to be done and then he would give me a quote. I was impressed with this because some just give you a quote. He came to the house the same day, actually within an hour. He did a tour of the house, inside and out checking everything and as we did this he told me what jobs he could do and approximate cost. Worked out great for us being we're up there in age and needed more than just the windows washed. He also would wash the vinyl exterior and power wash the cement patio which was stained. He looked up to check the gutters which he would also clean if needed, but we didn't need that service, but guess what, he spied a bird's nest in the gutter and he hopped up on the little fence below it and took it down for me which we couldn't have done. We set an appointment time and he also had a helper with him. They worked in harmony, one inside and the other outside. Without asking they cleaned the glass on my security door and even went up on the roof to clean the skylight. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When cleaning the windows the screens needed replacing and they did that also. I felt like so much had been accomplished in one day and it really took a load off the to do list. I highly recommend Ricardo. He is quiet, dressed neatly, covered his shoes when going in and out of the house and listens to what you want done and the prices were reasonable. I asked them to do gutter cleaning on a 2 story house with most of the gutters on the second story. I had not had the gutters cleaned in 20 years. They used google maps to look at my house to get an idea of what they were dealing with and booked the date for the work over the phone at the same time. This saved me time compared to other services that just took my call and had to see the property to make an estimate. They showed up on the date for the work and did an excellent job. The team used a combination of a leaf blower, broom, pressure washer, and hose. We had grass growing out of some of the gutters on our roof. They did not complain and just got it done. They also cleaned our downspouts using a hose and otherwise made sure they gutters worked as best as they reasonably could. The work was done in about 3 hours. read more

My neighbor referred me to Ricardo for windows cleaning. It's pretty easy to get a quote, whether it's in person, or give him the address and he would get a rough idea by looking at google map. The quote he gave us was for at most 10 windows. But his team ended up cleaning 3 additional (no screen windows, cannot be open/close) with no additional charge. His team go beyond and above to get all the windows cleaned, including a balcony door. Great customer service. They did a wonderful job.
