Not quite sure how this scammy, shady dealership has a 4.5-star rating when all they do is scam people. They sold my dad a lemon (a Ford F-150) for $18,000, and he has had NOTHING but issues with this piece of junk. Not even four months of owning this garbage vehicle, and the transmission goes out. I have heard now from others that this dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and now my dad, a VETERAN who is also disabled and on fixed income, has to eat $18,000 and/or get a new transmission that could cost up to $7.5k. I needed to replace the windshield washer pump and Reservoir due to damage from the extreme cold temps in the area experienced. I also needed the driver side daytime running light replaced. We arrived on time for our service appointment in waited in their waiting area, very clean, with coffee and vending machines! We were told it was going to be a two hour service that actually only took a little over an hour and a half. The only down note was that the service inspection was not conducted until we asked if it had been done. All the people we interfaced with while there were friendly and professional!
