Mazda of Wooster goes above and beyond! I bought my Mazda CX5 and I've been back for every checkup…read moreand issue! They were easy to do business to and they never stopped their care and consideration for me as a continued customer! How they treated me on walking in looking for a car never changed this entire time! They always know my name, they make you comfortable while you wait! And their wait times are so so quick! They offer free wifi and refreshments! They even push for local adoption of shelter pets! They do offers for low adoption costs and etc. throughout the year! In fact, they have a sweet furry mascot to make sure everyone is having a good time Their work is exceptional. I've spoken with their crew that services the cars and they are happy, time permitting, to answer any and all questions! They video your entire work order, so you can see everything that is done, no swindling here! They don't torc your bolts and round them out, they do a great job! They do a check over, as well, and give you a sheet to see anything from tire tread to brake inspection and more! This place is awesome! I won't go anywhere else! Their prices are competitive for the service they provide!

About 10 minutes later they called me and asked me to come back because they forgot to get the deposit. Fast forward not even 24 hours later & the check engine light came on & it has a bad catalytic converter. Called Orion and he offered no solutions, said we bought it "as is" and they could not help. Said we could bring it in and we would have to pay for it to be fixed. THEN had a mechanic look at it, and it had absolutely no oil in it.. at all. Poor service. Poor follow up. Would absolutely not recommend.

We are disappointed with our recent experience with Germain Honda of College Hills and the handling…read moreof our 2017 Honda CR-V service concerns. In December 2025, our vehicle was serviced at this dealership, including replacement of all fuel injectors. Several months later, in July 2026, the vehicle developed significant performance issues and became disabled. The dealership diagnosed the vehicle with a head gasket failure. After reaching out regarding our concerns, it took approximately two weeks to receive an initial response from the dealership. Given the seriousness of the situation and the potential cost of the recommended repair, we expected more timely communication and a more thorough explanation of the diagnosis. We requested documentation supporting this diagnosis, including any available diagnostic test results, technician notes, inspection records, or other information showing how this conclusion was reached. We were advised that no additional records were available beyond the customer invoices/receipts. Our concern is not simply that a mechanical issue occurred, as we understand vehicle failures can happen. Our concern is the lack of supporting documentation and explanation provided for a major engine diagnosis, especially given that the dealership had performed significant engine-related work only months earlier. We believe customers deserve transparency and clear communication when faced with a costly repair decision. We would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of the diagnostic process and supporting information behind the recommendations being made. We hope the dealership improves its documentation practices and customer communication so future customers can feel confident that major repair decisions are supported by clear information.
