This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

Rainbow stored boxes of different items in the upstairs of my house after the downstairs flooded. I found food in many boxes. Rats also found those boxes and were feeding of them. They denied it and cost me more than $2,000.00 in damages and pest control. Then they lost furniture placed into their custody. I don't know how they are going to deny it since I have the list of items that they themselves prepared. I will have to sue them for my missing furniture because they have not reached out to let me know they are going to compensate me for my lost property. I will update you on how this went. On my first day meeting Austin for damage assessment, he brought Wilmer to start water mitigation. Austin is the supervisor, as you already know from other reviews. He quickly setup dehumidifier, fan and heavy-duty HEPA air purifier. In the same week, they came back with another helper Juan to perform tear out and sprayed fungicide to kill molds and checking for additional damage. I want to share my experience based on my initial connection before this review gets too long. Next thing is to rebuild my room. Having to wait on my insurance claim approval. One instance, there was a leakage caused by my HVAC system. This caused mold. In the 2 other instances, Royal Air did not take into consideration my high ceilings. Because of this, mold grew. In all 3 instances, Melvin was the project manager in charge. Him and his crew took care of my home every time. That allowed humidity into the walls and caused mold and paint blistering around my front entry door. I turned again to YELP to locate a company to remediate the results and find the cause or source of the problem. Alan's Restoration had the highest number of 5-star reviews so I took a chance and contacted them - now wary of the highly rated YELP reviews. Turns out this outfit is worth their 5-stars - and then some. EXCELLENT customer service including accurate and frequent communication, fast response, quick turnaround, friendly people and most important - when a substantial problem (that they did not create) developed during the project - they came back after completion and corrected it the next day. And I'm sure it was probably at their expense. Not many companies like this around anymore. I know that for sure from nearly 70 years of experience with 50 in project management. It's a real crap shoot these days when contracting with anyone on YELP or pretty much anywhere else, as I unfortunately found out with that cable company that caused this entire problem.
