R45 Garage is engaging in review manipulation by pressuring customers to remove negative reviews in exchange for solutions to problems that they created, while also reporting legitimate critical reviews in an apparent attempt to have them hidden from public view. ***** I am disappointed with my experience for several reasons: Custom ordered white cherry blossoms and confirmed in my written invoice and received pink instead so waited for the correct order. The black wrap they ordered got scratched so a future appointment was scheduled. On the following appointment when my partner and I had driven over an hour to Temecula on our day off we received a phone call saying they had forgotten it was holiday so my order was not ready and only part of my service could be done. We were already in the area by the time they called so we dropped the car off. I was told that if I changed my mind about the chrome delete they could still do it so I told them that I wanted it done. When they called us to return my partner had noticed some areas where the symmetry was off and the wrap was improperly aligned with the body panels, allowing the original paint color to show through. Ability to tuck the wrap behind edges of body panels is subpar. Cut lines are jagged. The front bumper was peeling and instead of redoing it they applied a patch which is visible up close. Regarding the chrome delete it was not disclosed that it would be an extra $800. Then when we picked up my son he noticed the interior door panel on his side was dented by a tool or stepped on. Which they are denying of course. They offered to drive to me for the white cherry blossoms I originally ordered but at this time I lost interest in doing any business with them. What I was originally excited for turned out to be an inconvenience and disappointment. I was asked why my wrap was poorly done. I do not recommend any services from this company. Knowing businesses and how they will comment to please contact them to resolve any issues, my review remains unless I can get my interior door panel replaced and the entire wrap removed without further damage to my vehicle for the subpar work. Update 5/11: I received a reply to this review and was told to file a dispute for 50% or to get the wrap removed and door panel replaced but no refund. I was told by my bank it was crazy how I was offered to take the wrap off and replace the door panel with no full refund so they are filing for a full refund. My car was perfect and well taken care of before dropping it off. I have taken off car door panels before with care and not one scratch was made. I have no interest in anyone handling my car and risking further damage. read more

I brought my Polestar 2 in for a full custom setup -- two-tone satin wrap, gold trim accents, purple underglow, ambient interior lighting, conformal coating, and some minor paint correction. R45 handled it all. Everything was done clean and professionally. The wrap is smooth, lighting looks factory, and the details were sharp -- even the underglow switch is hidden like it came that way. After the first round, I asked for changes to the gold trim. They didn't give me any pushback -- just took it seriously and made it right. That kind of attitude is rare. With just photos of my vehicle they showed me a mockup version of what they could do and when I arrived at their shop we tweaked it even more. They kept me updated throughout the process, even FaceTiming me to double check placement which I really appreciated. Brought in my Cadillac CTS for a re-wrap. The final results were amazing! Very good quality run shop with good customer service skills. My vehicle was completed and wow'd me. I had some paint damage under previous wrap that had to be worked on that seemed to have added up substantially to my bill. Probably more than I'd think. If there was one caution it would be to check all of that before locking in and check your budget between them and their competitors. The breakdown Vinyl Wrap install = $4K Unwrap previous wrap = $1600 Sanding damaged paint = $1600 I am sure each car is different, but you can check my vehicle needs against your own for a standard luxury sedan.
