The office was still closed and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. I wasn't angry at all. Luckily, it wasn't a rushed morning for me. Like I stated earlier, this is a small business in a small town. Accidents can happen. As it turned out, everyone in the office was either out on business or vacation, and my agent was opening it alone and was tardy due to a busy family morning.
