The only thing that is negative is sometimes you wait 40 minutes to see the doctor after scheduled appointment time. They are very apologetic if the time is extended wait time. However, I was put on a medication that I take daily. One that I was told "do not stop taking it immediately, wait, and tapper." I called to tell her what happened. I called for 2-3 days. Nothing. Still without medication. On the 3rd day I called back . I was advised by front desk she would not give me a refill. I WAS NOT ON ANY NARCOTICS OR MUSCLE RELAXERS! I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR AN EARLY REFILL ON ANY MEDICATION OR REPORTED IT AS STOLEN. I even gave them my police case number. She was my favorite dr! I swore I wouldn't go back if she would take the chance with my health and life the way she did. Of course if was the doctor above her that said no, but she didn't have my back and didn't return my calls. As for Robin herself I always thought of her as the best doc ever. She used to listen, follow through, and was there whenever I needed her.

NOT taking it on time and every day is absolutely NOT an option. So. I wrote my doctor on their portal On May 5th with 5 more days of inhaler, and specified which pharmacy to use. This morning, after Walgreens had texted me yesterday whether I wanted them to fill the script (I said yes please, the pharmacy called me this morning, or at least their machine did, to tell me the refill has been denied! It's Friday. My doctors don't work on weekends, so this has to be taken care of TODAY. Calling the office, I found out that the OFFICE MANAGER denied the refill. Excuse me? Who the whatever (swear word removed) is the office manager who took it upon herself to deny my mandatory inhaler, obviously without looking at my file, because her reasoning was that it was "too soon." So a phone call to the office got this fixed in that Walgreens has the script now BUT they have to order it. So I will be out of my inhaler for the weekend!!!! Possibly longer, AGAIN! Good thing my life doesn't depend on this inhaler. Oh wait, it does.

Due to the office manager calling me with false accusations about not calling for an appointment on a specific date when I did and without even talking to me about the problem first with any care whatsoever for the patients, we've decided to change providers. And I've been with this provider at this location for over 24 years. My entire family of two other households left that location as well before me due to the same attitude issues and lack of care. Strongly do not recommend this location. The other MFA locations are better, especially when you have children.

I complained through my insurance and referred to another physician who also failed to do biopsy. I again complained and canceled referral to another dermatologist until referral code shows biopsy not another useless consultation. Keystone cops between referring physicians and the insurance and specialists. Make sure your referral code is accurate otherwise you'll be bounced around between these quacks.

I could easily make a tight fist before he got hold of me. Well 60 pt treatments later I don't come close to closing my hand now. You will also enjoy 1 1/2- 3 hr wait times every time. On top of this the wonderfully inept office staff forgot to send in my PT request. So what was to be 2 weeks post surgery to start PT turned into 7 weeks later. I was super excited to get Botox again after having my baby and had stopped breastfeeding already 2…read moremonths prior. I decided to try a new injector in town that I was recommended too.. first off she was super sweet but when I asked for my eyebrows to be lifted at the ends all it seemed like she did was just inject me like crazy.. I did request my " 11s" to be "frozen" due to it being my biggest concern. And she advised me it would take 20 units which I already knew from when I would get injected pre pregnancy. Long story short after 48 UNITS to my 31 year old forehead, eyebrows. And crows feet (which I've never gotten that much just for this area) I'm 6 weeks out and it's wearing off... not to mention I was botched in the beginning and was sooo scared to even show my face.. my eyebrows are not lifted they are just "settled" and it makes me soo sad.. because I wanted to feel refreshed and awake and really like Dr. David's work

Sunshine pediatric is absolutely horrible my daughter had her 2 month check up today while waiting…read morein the waiting area a doctor went up to one of the secretaries and asked about patients insurance so she could see who to take next she said this loud enough for all the patients in the waiting area to hear absolutely inappropriate secondly we waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen for vaccines and for my daughter acid reflux just for the doctor to talk to me like I was a child and tell me everything I already knew then proceeded to tell me my child doesn't have pyloric stenosis after she was diagnosed by a different doctor in the practice. If you would love to waste your time please come here otherwise please DO NOT come to this office ‍‼‼‼‼‼‼‼
