Moved with these guys yesterday afternoon. Friendly, accomodating crew (they're all writers/artists, which I thought was pretty cool), reasonable rates and very flexible. They got me in on 4 days notice when all the other big companies were booked full, and they even came early like I asked them to. The van was a bit ghetto, it's not a nice-looking machine like you get from the bigger names, but who cares? These guys were fast, efficient and very careful. They packed everything very, very well - much better than I've ever seen and took great care of the finer items, i.e. TVs, glass. Total move of a loft studio took just over 4 hours. Amazingly fast. Rates from Chris below are no longer accurate, they're all $20/hr higher, but worth every penny. Total bill was $400 when renting my own Uhaul gets me to $150-200 anyways... I would definitely use these guys again. read more

This is a lengthy review in order to give an accurate picture of just how terrible my experience with this company was. I chose Rabbit Moving after reading about the company and noticing some good reviews. I liked what they stood for and after speaking with Nate felt encouraged that I was in good hands.......boy was I wrong! I was moving my apartment contents to storage in anticipation of a second move in a few weeks. I received an estimate, but was told that it could change when the crew chief evaluated the move on arrival. The day began with the moving team showing up with a truck that was not large enough to carry the contents of the apartment because there was more stuff than they were prepared for (poor planning). The crew seemed nice enough and assured my wife that it was no problem and that they could go back and get a larger truck or make 2 trips. I immediately called the main office to appraise them of this situation and to find out if there would be any additional fees. I was told in no uncertain terms that if the crew chief did not mention any additional fees, then there would be none. While not ideal, they were confident that they could get the move done and were nice enough about it so I allowed the move to proceed. After taking much longer than expected (all day) they finally got the move done. I accompanied them to the storage facility to make sure everything was secured and tipped the team for their work. This is when things really went south. Just before the crew chief got in to the truck to drive away he told me that there would be a charge for moving blankets (which was as expected), and an additional charge for the extra mileage and boxes, something they neglected to mention at the beginning of the move, and that I would get an update from the office the next day to find out what that would be. 4 days go by and I hear nothing from Rabbit Movers. Then I check my credit card and they added an additional charge (which I did not authorize) of nearly $1000 without so much as an email, text or call to inform me that this would be done (not sure if they thought I wouldn't notice, but makes me think that they have probably done this to others as well and gotten away with it). This is of course bad business, but keep reading because the most egregious act is yet to come. I immediately called the company to find out what this was all about and was asked to put it all in an email and it would be escalated to a boss and handled, and that someone would get back to me. I did as they asked and was then informed by a claims manger named Mercedes that they are working on it and that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 3 days later I hear nothing so I followed up with them. This is when I found out that there is a major scam going on at Rabbit Movers. She sent me a copy of a Bill of Lading with additional charges on it that is supposed to be signed at the beginning of the move to show that you agree to the estimate and charges, and again at the end of the move at completion, and stated that I had agreed to the additional charge. On it there are 2 completely different signatures, both of which she said were mine (figure that one out). However, I had never seen this form before and neither of the 2 signatures are mine. Someone at their company forged my signature twice, and had she not sent me this document I would never have even known it. And this is what she presented to me as her proof that I was responsible for the charge. Absolutely unbelievable. So in the end, BEWARE OF RABBIT MOVERS! There are plenty of good moving companies out that will move your stuff, but will be honest and ethical in the process. Why take a chance and have this or something worse happen to you. read more

Rabbit Movers rules! We used them back in 2008 when moving from Astoria to Yonkers and they were extremely fast, friendly and efficient. Totally on time and no nonsense. Recently, my husband and I made a move from Greenpoint, Brooklyn to the Connecticut burbs, and the logical choice was to go with this group again. The summer before, we moved from Chicago to New York and worked with Bekins, who ended up being a complete disaster. They were extremely late on delivery and ended up damaging thousands of dollars of our stuff, so needless to say, we knew we'd go with Rabbit Movers for our next move. Once again, they were totally efficient in getting things moved in a timely fashion. We knew what we had to pay up front and there were absolutely no surprises. We had a group of five guys move our furniture and boxes out, and then three of them met us in Connecticut to finish the move. Everything went smoothly! Ok....so I'm a fan of Rabbit Movers' customer service. However, I think some adjustments needs to be made regarding moving strategies for a small apartment. This is what I like about Rabbit Movers: - Followed up quickly with my quote - Late on arrival, but communicated well regarding the status - Fast transportation to the new home - quick compensation regarding damaged furniture What I didn't like: -had to remind them to process proper insurance paperwork, when they forgot - very inexperienced compared to other movers - took lazy approaches to moving large furniture, which resulted in furniture being damaged in the first place. No common sense. - As friendly as they were...they seemed a bit stoned to me...not the kind of state I want for movers to be handling my belongings I just moved again, out of New York, and had such a fantastic set of movers who clearly knew how things needed to be loaded, carried, and packed, that it make it very clear how Rabbit Movers needs to actually train their workers properly when it comes to moving procedures. Yes, they resolved all issues, and clearly issues of other reviewers.....which is why they get a few stars. But...I recommend going with an established group of laborers in the city. *** UPDATE *** 3.31.14 Sending ONE message through Yelp wanting to "chat" about their service will not make my rating any better, especially when I have an invoice filed away that could easily be found in their system if they tried. Stop trying to discredit bad reviews, and use that time to improve your service. I haven't checked Yelp in a while, and I was pretty irritated that someone would claim that this review is a fake. This was the first time using a moving company and I have to say, Rabbit Moving was so pleasant to work with. Email communication was a breeze. Payments were easy thru the link. The guys onsite were super punctual and very efficient especially for a walk up building. I was on the 4th floor building walk up with more than DOUBLE amount of boxes to fit within the 20FT truck that they brought. They guys were able to "jenga" all our boxes and oversized furniture into the truck and dropped off everything by the middle of the afternoon. Luca was super nice and focused on getting the job done. The guys moving everything made it seem easy and light, which they were not! I would definitely recommend Rabbit Moving to anyone looking to move. They are affordable, punctual and efficient. If your concerned with any delicate items, I would suggest you move them by yourself just so you can protect those items. All our items arrived with no damages, maybe some minor scratches but thats expected. :) read more

My wife and I hired Rabbit Movers to move us out of the fourth floor of a brownstone in the midst of this ridiculous New York winter. Quite simply, it was the single best moving experience of our lives. Foreman Mike T. and workman Henry L. were on time, and solved a mechanical snafu that was out of their control as urgently as possible. Driver Jack C. could not have been friendlier. They had no trouble whatsoever with packing up our flat-screen TVs and framed artwork, and dissembling the shelves and tables. They moved us into the new apartment with ease, and with humor; all the guys had great personalities. They also managed to work around a furniture delivery that came at the same time. Not a single thing was broken, and they arranged the new apartment in such a way that it made it easier to unpack. I'd add that Regan and Serge not only gave us the best quote of the many moving companies we called, but they handled our pre-move arrangements with timeliness and professionalism. Was moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment to a place 30 mins away (still in the same borough, not moving across state lines). I requested a quote. I opened the invoice e-mail and saw $1,200. That's no typo. I blinked 5 times, thinking I couldn't be reading the invoice right. But, nope, no amount of eye rubbing changed the numbers. Mind you, I had moved 3 years earlier and was only charged $280 for the same amount of furniture and items. I know prices increase over time but $1,200 was too much for my blood. read more

Rabbit Movers is amazing!!!! I will definitely be choosing them again for any future moves. Last month, I found myself suddenly having to relocate out of state. I thought that finding and booking a moving company would be a long drawn-out process, but boy was I wrong. It couldn't have gone any smoother with this company! I received a quote within 30-minutes of completing the online form. All my questions were answered by Rabbit's office staff ahead of time. On the day of the move, I received a courtesy call 45-minutes before the movers showed up at my door. And the movers were the nicest guys. They worked quickly and with the utmost professionalism. The truck was well-packed and all my stuff made it in one piece. No hiccups at all. Moving is normally such a stressful experience but Rabbit Movers made it sooooo easy. read more

My man and I used Rabbit Movers almost exactly one year ago, moving from our two separate apartments in Queens to our new house in Northern NJ. We still talk about how the move was, by far, the easiest part of our house buying adventure. Frankly, it was almost fun. NICE GUYS: It's been long enough (shame on me!) that I don't remember the names of our movers. But they started out with 5 young men for the load in, and reduced to 3 for the load out. (Just one of the smart and cost effective things they did during this move.) They showed up early, ate their breakfast in their truck (how's that for making sure you're on time!) and didn't start charging us until they started moving us. They all introduced themselves, and were just really nice guys. They even complimented us on our furniture, my man's art, and our new house. During the load-in at the house, they admitted to having broken something. From the look on the guy's face, I was worried. Turns out, it was a $2 citronella candle that I'd forgotten was still stored away inside my gas grill. They actually offered to credit us the value!! FORWARD THINKING: My apartment was up one skinny interior flight of stairs that contains a hairpin turn at the bottom. They were very smart about how to package and turn the furniture so it would fit around the bend. In one case, they realized a bookshelf I had (one I'd constructed inside the house) wouldn't fit around the turn. So they measured it, looked at the picture window in the front of my apartment, and asked if they could give it a try. It fit wonderfully, right out the window and into the truck! Now, that's some smart thinking. In the new house, we instructed them to move all of the boxes to the first floor only. We never had to repeat those instructions. In the two rooms that we filled with boxes, they stacked and sorted them in such a way that we could still walk through the rooms, and also get to every box. Nothing was buried. It was kind of amazing, because we had A LOT of boxes. One of them must have been a physics or geometry major! SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE: They treated even my crappiest furniture like it was priceless. Everything was wrapped in blankets and/or plastic. I had to stop them wrapping some things that just didn't warrant the extra attention. And they checked in with each other when carrying things, making sure that they had enough hands on the heaviest stuff. (I was actually pretty surprised at how strong these skinny kids were!) At the new house, they again planned around a skinny internal stairway with TWO sharp turns...and two 105-year-old stained glass windows. Watching them work so carefully and responsibly, I didn't even worry. BEST QUOTE OF THE MOVE: As they were carrying our unwieldy, plastic-wrapped, Queen sized Tempurpedic mattress up the stairs, one of them laughingly called out, "I can't hold it! It's conforming to my hands!" But even Swedish engineering couldn't phase these guys: they got the mattress upstairs just fine. :) read more

These guys were fantastic. Super professional from the start - they ask you for as much detail as possible to avoid confusion, and they give you a specific quote with option for insurance off the bat. The price was reasonable and fair for what we had to move - a lot of furniture and boxes between two apartments (my boyfriend and I moved in together), and both from walk up apartments. The movers themselves, Brandon Lott, Jason Noyes and Dan Bell were awesome. Really laid back but super professional, logistical and smart about tricky doorways, hallways and the snow outside. They were very careful with floors and walls and were kind and easy to deal with. Also really strong - some of our antique furniture is insanely heavy and I've had movers complain in the past which is very annoying. They dismantled items where needed, put things back safely, and were pretty fast over all. I've moved about 7 times in the last 12 years in Brooklyn, so I've had many experiences. Usually it's pretty ghetto and unprofessional and then they hassle you for an unreasonably high tip with guilt and bullying (almost every time). These guys had the tip suggestion ready when I asked the guy after booking and after receiving the quote - they suggested 15-20% of the cost of the move in total divided by the workers, depending on how we felt about the service. We gave them 20% in cash and they were very grateful and polite - a welcome change to the last few experiences I've had. read more

I used Rabbit Movers a few weeks ago to move from Fort Greene to Park Slope (sigh) & would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They showed up on-time, took care of our belongings, had a great attitude & unpacked everything carefully. Our foreman's name was Marcus - he & his crew were great. An important note I didn't know until the day of the move is that you can get a 10% discount if you pay cash, so make sure to have some handy, as 10% sure helps a lot, especially if you have a big move. Thanks to reviews by Peter and Jane, I decided to go with Rabbit Movers. While not the smoothest move I've ever had, their friendliness and willingness to make things "right" was above and beyond. The Great: + Super friendly guys. Tommy and Alex kicked ass. + Speedy + Good communication + Initial call to make the reservation was easy + Furniture well packed. + They didn't break ANYTHING! The Average: o The price was pretty normal for 3 people and a truck. The Bad: - It took them a LONG time to get to the new apartment. Come to find out, they tried moving me into the wrong tower. Oops. The made up for this though. All in all we were very happy with the service we received, in spite of the snag. My only wish was that they had taken another 30-45 minutes off the final bill, but hey... everything got here in one piece and the guys were amazing, so no biggie! read more

To preface this review, I hate moving. It's annoying, it takes forever to get ready for moving day, and the moving day itself is usually a long and grueling day of lifting and walking up stairs. Moving is still terrible, but Rabbit Movers really helps to make moving day a tolerable process. They showed up on time and quickly went to work. They wrapped most of my furniture in blankets and bubble wrapped my bed. The only damage I found was a small chip in the wooden leg of a nightstand. The movers themselves were young easy going guys who worked quickly. I was only moving a few blocks away, so they got me moved out and into my new place in just over 2 hours. I've heard horror stories about movers charging you for extra fees, but my bill came out to exactly what I was expecting. Overall it was a terrific experience. read more

I just moved from Westchester to Manhattan and was looking for movers...a friend had recommended Rabbit to me. I immediately corresponded with Mateo via email, who immediately gave me a quote after taking an inventory of my belongings. After researching other movers (some who never got back to me), I found Rabbit was the cheapest and booked my move with them. I had a team of three movers- Brandon, Junior and Anthony; really friendly and down to earth young blokes who are amazingly professional. They kept in touch with me when they were running late, and as soon as they came, they immediately took care of business. Brandon took great care to protect my cheapie Ikea furniture, by wrapping it in cloth and then securing them with packing tape. Even took out the pegs from my CD tower so they don't get lost in the move. It took all of 30 minutes to get my crap in the truck, and park the sofa on the curb. They even delayed their arrival to my new place by my request, as I had to clean my old place and use public transit to get myself and my cat to Manhattan. When the team arrived to my new place, they got everything in the place in the same rapid rate and I was moved in in less than three hours. Nothing is broken. I am all good. Yay Rabbit! :D read more

After calling them, they have finally responded to my email. The person on the phone also apologized. I later received some compensation for the pieces that they broke. It would have been better if things weren't broken in the first place, but accidents happen; and it would have been better if the person responded in a more timely manner and kept me in the loop about what was going on when the whole process took more than a month, but they told me the customer service side was kind of under staffed. Oh well, I guess at the end of the day, I am at least pleased with every other aspect of the experience. The movers were truly nice to work with and did a good job on everything else. So I am bumping my rating to a 3 star. read more

This is the second time that we've worked with them to move our belongings and both experiences left nothing to be desired. Hiring movers was the best decision I ever made. ChoosingRabbit Movers was the second best. I was quite skeptical, as I have never moved with actual movers before. For my moving day, I had Kyle, Nate, Liam, and Anthony. They arrived within the thirty minutes I was informed they would, and started the clock when the started moving me, not when they got there. They were laid back, nice, good natured guys who were amazing with our things - nothing was broken, and the only thing (very slightly) scratched was my Ikea coffee table (and it's Ikea, so I expected way worse). They wrapped everything in blankets and plastic, they took apart all our furniture and reassembled it in our new place, and they were just awesome. Plus they wear funny shirts that say "Truckin' like bunnies" on the back. They took away alllll the stress of moving for us, which to me, is worth the price. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Our entire move (and there were three of us, and we have a lot of crap) took 6 hours, and they charge 150 an hour. My roommates and I are so pleased with the move, and should I move again, I will be hiring these guys. Truck like bunnies! read more

I just moved recently and had a great experience with Rabbit Movers. They made everything so easy from getting a quote (using their online list) to the move itself. I booked morning move and the earliest time slot and they showed up on time:) I moved from Bronx (elevator building) to Manhattan (5th-floor walkup) and these guys managed to finish the entire move (including driving from Bronx to Manhattan in the morning hrs) in 3 and 1/2 hr! not only they were efficient and careful with my stuff, they were polite and super nice I am so glad I went with Rabbit and highly recommend them! thank you Rabbit Movers, you made my move stress-free :) read more

Phew. Another inter-NYC move successfully completed, this time thanks to Rabbit. I took Jane K's positive review as a sign that I'd end up happy with these guys, and I was right. They were great during the setting-it-up/reservation phase, offered reasonable rates, and had pretty good availability (granted, it was a mid-month move in May, so perhaps you'd want to book well in advance for a 1st day of the month time). They called to let me know they were running a little late, which was appreciated. Once inside my old apartment, the three-man team was friendly but professional. They wrapped my mattress and box spring in plastic wrap, then taped a blanket around my bookshelf. This was a huge plus because nothing got dirty or scratched. Both in the old and new place, I was able to direct where things should go, but overall got the chance to relax. Within an hour of them leaving my new apt, I was napping in bed (just had to get the plastic wrap off first). Bravo, Rabbit. read more

I was about to attempt a move by myself from my old apartment in the middle of Herald Square to my new apartment just a mile away. Considering the horrible parking situation I would be in, I opted to hire movers instead. Yelp offered a great deal for these movers ($145 for $200) and after reading all the great reviews, I put all my trust in them, Yelp deal in-hand. The process was relatively painless (aside from all the packing, of course) - Rabbit Movers had my contract drafted and and Certificates of Insurance (for both apartment buildings) done up within a day. 3 guys (all young and handsome, I might add!) show up for my move and amazingly find parking at both locations in minutes and had me moved out and in my new place within 2 hours. There was no chitchat among the guys from what I was able to see - just lots of fast, efficient hard work. Definitely would recommend these guys if you're looking for a smooth move. Also, on a side note, I called one of the Chinatown moving companies and was quoted more with them than Rabbit Movers would have been, even without the deal I got. read more

These guys are fantastic! They moved my boyfriend and myself from both of our apartments in two boroughs to one place. We both weren't done packing. They didn't judge. They just jumped in, listened to the game plan from their team leader, and went to work. They were professional and friendly. They made sure all of our stuff got to our new home in one piece. One guy even took the bus with us from my old place to the new place, helping us with our cat's carrier! Nothing stolen, nothing broken. No worries. These guys are great! read more

4.5 stars! Firstly the only moving place I contacted that got back to me and had a LIVE LIVING person answer the phone!!! Thank God cause as a customer you want to be put at ease. other places you sent an email or got their machine...and they never call back. The communication was great and I was sent the contract etc etc. Great work and as i was booking from LA for a NYC location it put me at ease....thank you for that! They did get a parking ticket for parking at a fire hygiene but when i mentioned the movers didn't ask our permission to park there (and its an obvious ticketing location!) Rabbit movers were great in making sure they took care of the ticket so we, the customer, were not charged. I appreciated their professionalism in sorting this issue. I understand if they can't find a park but the movers should get your approval first. Plus we could not get the box spring up the stairs - which is no ones fault- but the movers didn't have rope to send it up and go through the window . So now we are left with that! But I would suggest you ask if they have that equipment when you book or make sure you bring it yourself- just in case. I'm all about supporting artists which is why I went with rabbit as we are artists too. read more

I moved with Rabbit in mid-February and was pleased with my experience. They were not the cheapest moving company I got an estimate from, but the favorable reviews here were enough to convince me and I don't regret it. I never felt like I was getting ripped off, and I found them to be very thorough and professional. For example, I was scheduled for four movers but one guy showed up late since he was traveling separately. Most companies would just charge you the four guy rate the whole time anyway since you'd already agreed to it, but I was only charged for three until the time that the fourth showed up. There also weren't any surprise charges on the bill, and I liked feeling that I didn't have to be on guard the whole time for some kind of scam. They want you to be happy with your move so you'll recommend them to others and use them again, which is the way it should be. The guys worked quickly and efficiently but also cautiously. None of my things were broken or damaged. My computers and TV were all swaddled in blankets and handled carefully. One of my cheaper Ikea bookcases started to come apart and was pretty wobbly by the time we got it into my new place, but they tightened up all the screws for me and it's fine now. Some of my furniture needed to be taken apart before being moved, and they handled that as well as putting it back together for me on the other end. I also just liked the guys themselves, they were friendly and easy-going and complimented my packing. I was pretty frazzled about the whole moving experience, but they put me at ease. When I had questions during the weeks before my move, I usually got a reply to my email or call the same day. I'm sure you could find another company that would be less expensive, but I'm happy with my decision to use Rabbit and I'll probably use them again the next time I move. Which hopefully won't be for a long time, because packing sucks. read more

Rabbit definitely earned 5 stars for our move. We went from a 4th floor walk up studio (top flight was a sprial staircase) with essentially no street parking to a second floor apartment. The crew was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and always with a joke, were very careful - even with our cheap IKEA furniture - and nothing was broken, misplaced, or even damaged. Last year we used another mover, ended up having to throw out our (brand new at the time) box spring and were very unhappy. Rabbit Movers/ Eugene & his crew are worth every penny! They called us just a little earlier than our scheduled slot, and since we were all packed they came right over and started working, start to finish was 3 hours (again, 4th floor walk up with spiral stairs) PLUS they heeded my labels where to put things in the new place so I didnt even have to shuffle anything during unpacking. Overall - speedy, considerate, very cool guys, most pleasant move my boyfriend or I have ever had (out of many). Someone Rabbit Movers contacted me shortly after I posted my initial review. She explained that they try to check up with customers to find out how their moves went and apologized that I'd fallen through the cracks. Rabbit also apologized for my negative experience and offered to reimburse me for an hour of my move and compensate me for the dresser that had been dinged in the process. I was extremely impressed by their response to my review and even found myself recommending them to a friend about a week after I'd received my refund. I would consider using Rabbit again but I will definitely go flat rate over hourly any time I use this type of service after my initial encounter. read more

Yes, moving sucks and I felt like Goldilocks trying to find the right mover for my smallish move. Flatrate quoted me $950. Horror. Marrin quoted me something more reasonable, but reading their fine print, I realized that I would be in charge of securing parking. Say what? Not what you want to be preoccupied with on the day of a move. I decided to go with Rabbit based on the reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The movers were friendly, super quick and all my stuff showed up in one piece. I've docked one star because it took a week to get a quote and some follow up. Also, on moving day, the truck was 1.5 hours late. It didn't turn out to be an issue, but it was added agita. All in all, a great experience for a small, uncomplicated move. read more

Pluses: Everything arrived in perfect condition. The guys were very friendly and polite. They came prepared with blankets, boxes and shrink wrap even without me requesting it. Minuses: Move took double the time I was quoted (8 hours for a one bedroom including 3 hours driving from Brooklyn to Manhattan which I had a little bit of trouble buying). The truck was about 40 minutes late though the movers were right on time. We all got to know each other while we waited. In the end, I had to ask myself if I would rather them take their sweet time and have my stuff all arrive in one piece or pay less and have them do a crap job and the answer is - I like my stuff in one piece, thank you. In regards to other movers I've used, these guys are heads above. And they did knock about 90 minutes off the cost since it took so much longer than they had estimated. read more

Everything went swimmingly for our move from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Everything from scheduling/quotes, getting a COI for our building, to the actual move itself was handled quickly and professionally. The movers were on time, friendly and experienced. Anytime I move in the future I will only use Rabbit Movers!! I did a little research before moving and Rabbit had a lot of great reviews, and then there was a Yelp deal and I was sold! I was supposed to move on a Wednesday but my apartment was ready early and I called back and they switched my day to Sunday no problem at all. Then, the Thursday before I was supposed to move I called because I was concerned about the upcoming hurricane. They assured me that they've moved in blizzards and 110 degree heat and as long as it isn't unsafe they would move me. Even after that Mateo, who I spoke with over the phone, was able to move my date up to Friday (the day after I called) so I wouldn't have to deal with the hurricane! The 3 guys who moved me were super friendly and professional. My move was really easy and super smooth and by the time they packed me up, drove over to my new place and unpacked I still had 15 minutes within my 2 hour minimum, and they asked if there was anything else they could do for me since I was still paying them. So professional and thoughtful. I absolutely loved these guys and will recommend them to anyone I know that's moving. read more

My bf and I have used them twice already, first move was from DC to NY and this time, it was an easy and fast move within the same building moving from the second floor to the first. I initially wrote a rather awful review about this company due to a TERRIBLE interaction I had with the most incompetent, disrespectful, unintelligent child "sales rep" to ever exist. He has since been terminated thankfully. After I had posted my review, Rabbit Movers contacted me extremely concerned about the behavior of this sales rep and offered their sincere apologies for my very upsetting experience. They hoped to still do this move for me at a discounted rate to make up for this. I was a little hesitant but decided to use this company anyhow. The movers arrived on time, pleasant, and ready to work. After a quick review of my inventory and expectations, they quickly began. Every piece of furniture was meticulously covered and wrapped with blankets/tape. It was very obvious from the moment they arrived that these employees were very skilled and well trained. I had full confidence that my items would be delivered to the destination in the same condition they were wrapped in - and that is EXACTLY the experience I had. I would like to thank Rabbit movers for the positive experience and responding well to my initial criticism with such concern. I recently moved and hired Rabbit movers. The communication with Nate was great- some of the others I spoke with did not inspire confidence. The same was true of the team I had for my move- 2 guys were great and experienced- the other 2 were NOT. Almost all of the issues that occurred were because of the part of the crew that were not trained. They did offer to pay for some of the damaged items and damage to my apartment. While I appreciate that I would prefer to hire from a company with a company that hires and trains their employees. read more

In my anxious way, I made several contacts before the move, and each was treated with patience and kindness - and each made me feel calm and in good hands.
