So, in siesta key village it's the only good store providing visitors and residents on Siesta Key with what they want to enjoy the beautiful 8-mile beach and warm Gulf coast waters. Normally I collect magnets, shots glasses, and some frames and if anything local-then I go for that, like a tiki statue in this case. From beach mats, flops and sandals, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and sunscreen to sunglasses and trendy surf shorts, this well-stocked shop has a great range of clothing and equipment to choose from. and coming to souvenirs - it has all the range. When Shop says they have "Everything for the beach" they mean EVERYTHING! it has 3 sections, and you can find almost anything needed for the beach. The merch they sell is fun and can all be personalized. The shop is small, I mean narrow, so if more than 2 people are there it seems crowded to almost claustrophobic. They do personalize almost everything they sell, so that is pretty nice (t--shirts, hats, sweats) and have a variety of sizes and colors. The prices are a tad steep on some items, almost too cheap on others. My experinces have been positive, but not always successful as I have looked for things there I couldn't find. Yet I know not all local and touristy gift shops can be all things to all people. I like this place, all in all. If you are looking for Sarasota or FL merch go here. It's authentic and not "Wal-Mart" mass generated made in China slop.

The cashier then proceeded to be rude to me and told me to stop being angry. ?? I only asked about a towel. The grey haired cashier was also was making the people behind us in line because she just wouldn't stop with me or my mom. The people behind us wanted to leave but they needed what they were purchasing. The woman and man behind us in line mouths dropped at the way this cashier was talking to us. The man spoke up once. What is happening?? We were calm and collected and she just kept at it! Younger me would have drop kicked this maniac. Unbelievable!!!

Last year, we…read morebought a very overpriced custom shirt whose decal fell off almost immediately after wearing it the first time a few days later. But today, while there, we found some hard to find Labubu boxes. Say what? But I noticed they were all taped shut with masking tape. Turns out, my inclination to be skeptical was right. The boxes were real, but the packages inside were FAKES. Unabashed fakes. Being sold for more than retail. Eyes were bulged. Heads were extremely lopsided. Hands were upside down. Tags had misprints in the name. When we asked the young girl behind the register, she admitted that they only bought the bags and then put them in the real boxes. So... all but admitted to selling fakes. And yup, no refunds/returns. Helpful. Sell sham stuff then conveniently have no refunds/returns. This store knowingly bought fakes, likely Lafufus, to sell them in legitimate PopMart boxes at full price. We wont shop here again. Zero integrity. FULL Intent to swindle. Never again.
