I was seen for an ear issue that was for antibiotics that didn't work yet. I still was billed, not an extra office visit on top of my physical, so please keep in mind that if you are to have any questions whatsoever that it is a scheme for them to make more money. Pompous receptionists 2nd floor Pharmacy overcharges for Co-Pays and doesn't seem bothered by this when called out on it. Doctor neglected to call in my meds twice when I visited... I've only been twice... It is still a facility I would recommend, they are still getting adjusted to their new digs. Convient parking and I like the emergency boxes in the parking lot. Easily accessible access to the parking lot... Takes most insurance... Will call in prescriptions to your favorite pharmacy Easy to get ahold of, fast appointments, In house lab and X-Ray for convenience...

Billing said that is a separate "visit" even though it was a 30 second question HE ASK ME during my physical. They will not correct saying it is "coded correctly". I would avoid Dr V at all costs as he provides a very appreciated (non thorough) exam and tries to charge you for multiple claims without consent.

By far the worst urgent care in Bonney Lake, they did absolutely nothing to help me with my throat…read morepain just told me "buy some stuff over the counter" but they did make my ear bleed and prescribe me with ear drops to help with that. Took about 3.5 hours of my morning. The front office people were nice and helpful though. Just go somewhere else if you actually want help.

An additional PLUS is that they are affiliated with Virginia Mason Health, so all my records/medications can be reviewed when I visit with them. UPDATE - When we go to Prompt Care, they estimate how long of a wait it will be. You register and then they call you when it's about 15 minutes from you being seen! SUCH a wonderful service, so we do not have to wait in a waiting room for 2 hours.
