It was a different DJ than the one from Valentine's Day weekend, and I didn't love how he was mixing the tracks. We heard cumbia, bachata, salsa and some merengue. Unfortunately, he has gotten so popular we couldn't afford the tickets, so I'm glad we saw him here. This venue really is great, and since my last review we learned where the best seating is for comedy shows. We saw Jim Breuer for the second time here and had the best time ever! A friend got us on the list for the founders room which we went into before the show. This place is awesome! It's a really cool speak-easy with hidden rooms and unique antiques. The staff was really friendly both in here and inside the venue itself. There was a mix-up on our part about the meet and greet, but they took care of it for us and made it happen. It's unusual for such a large venue to have such great personal service, but that is how they treat everyone. The staff seems to have a really great time working there, meeting the audience, and enjoying the show along with us. This is one of our favorite venues on Long Island. Looking forward to going back for more great shows!

The third floor seemed to have more standing space. The first two floors were the most packed. Multiple floors and each floor has a different DJ featuring a different vibe of music. At least if you don't like the music, you can move on to a different floor. Since it's super dark, and the stairs are straight up pitch black, I can see how someone could potentially have a difficult time seeing the stairs and climbing them. They should add some neon lights or something like it in the middle of the stairs for safety reasons. I did not enjoy the music selections the night that I went. But I heard the music here just depends on the night, it's different vibes, and they switch it up.

BEWARE: Multiple Phones Stolen in One Night, Management Showed No Concern…read more Both my friend and I had our phones stolen inside Ciao Ciao. We later learned that at least two other women also had their phones stolen that same night. When we reported it to the bouncers and management, they showed little concern and made no meaningful effort to investigate, review security footage, or help locate the stolen phones. We even pointed out an individual whose behavior seemed suspicious, but instead of investigating him, management defended him. After I questioned him myself, I watched him immediately leave, get into a car parked directly in front of the club, and drive away. Something seemed quite fishy about his relationship with the club. What makes this especially concerning is the safety aspect. If I had not been with my friends, I would have been stranded for the rest of the night without a phone to contact anyone, get directions, or access transportation. Having multiple phones stolen in one evening should be a major red flag for any venue, yet staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing it. Based on this experience, I would not return and would urge anyone visiting to keep a very close eye on their belongings.

No DJ, no music, minimal decorations, and absolutely no sense of celebration. The vibe was dull and lifeless--especially disappointing for a night that should feel festive. We've been coming to this restaurant (and others in the Scotto group) for years, but this experience honestly makes us reconsider future visits. A $1,000 dinner should come with transparency, energy, and a sense that the guest experience matters. Instead, we felt duped. Not worth the price. Lame vibe. Major letdown.
