Did most of my shopping here while on vacay. They have a lot of bogo. Meat was fresh and good. Greenwise ice cream delish. My major complaint if the narrow aisles. It was frustrating and impossible to get thru if another customer was in the same aisle. read more

The prices are pretty high compared to other food stores like Walmarts.The workers are pretty nice, the buy one get one free prices are good and the bathrooms are pretty clean but the locks on the doors should be replaced.The only one that was easy for me to open was the handicap bathroom. read more

Very over priced. Wine I can get in Houston was 25-50% more. Wine that should be $9.99 being sold for $18.99. Everything was expensive. I should have went to Costco. My husband got a 12 pack beer for $20. We could have bought 24 for $22 at Costco. I came here based on great Google reviews but if you have a car, go to Costco. We wanted to get a few snacks that had cheese and crackers. Double the price. They are doing this for tourists without cars. Get out to another store. read more

This is based only on the Deli subs online order. It's really annoying when your sub is not made the way you requested it. Am not a fan of black olives and I got so much in my sub. We ordered Italian bread, they crossed it out on the receipt and put white bread. It really isn't that hard to follow simple instructions. read more

This is the place close to my new home and I come here often. I think today was the final straw for me. The very first time I came here I was followed around the store as if I'm stealing but I had never been to a public being that I'm from Georgia and we use Kroger's. The second time I was denied the use of self checkout because of suspicion but I just don't know the store and unlike Kroger's their app doesn't show you where you can find what you're looking for. Now finally the last straw, I went to the pharmacy, I'm already feeling pretty bad and Ashley the pharmacy technician Decided that she would take a nasty attitude with me because I'm hard of hearing. It's really sad how they treat people here. I'm hard at hearing imagine being fully deaf. Poor customer service every trip I make here and I moved here April 2021 it's not even August yet. Edit: went back to ask about the cost of my prescription and the same person Ms. Ashley decided to yell at me as if I'm her child. To the point where another technician intervened and assist me. It's sad that people working in customer service doesn't know how to service a customer. Not once did I get an attitude back with her but they should put her in the back where she can't come in contact with someone. I'm pretty good at thinking it may have been a case of a bad day! I hope she has a better week because today was not the best day! read more

I love Publix and this location is one of the reasons why. The layout for this Publix is great and is definitely one that makes sense (or at least it does to me) and everything is very easy to find. If you're looking for a particular item, you can ask any associate and they'll be knowledgeable on where to find it and what sale is on the item. On top of that, there is always a manager on the floor, interacting with customers, stocking and making sure that you have an overall great experience, which I really like. On top of that, they seem to always have products in stock, and I haven't ran to any problems with having an item out of stock. I'm really happy and pleased with this Publix. At checkout, the cashiers were very friendly and nice and it made the whole checkout less of a hassle as it normally would be. Great job, Publix. Oh, and don't forget to bring your favorite Publix reusable bags ;) read more

I'm new to the area I LOVE THIS STORE! I was very pleasantly suprised how huge this store is. So far I have been able to find everything I've been looking for and then some. The produce is beautiful the girls at the seafood and deli have been so nice and one more perk of moving to Florida.... Boars Head Meats! Oh yeah baby I'm a fan! This is a very clean store so far everyone here has been super friendly.... they even offered to take my groceries to the car in the rain. I'll say that this Publix is just like any other but one thing that stood out was that the employees were all nice and helpful. When I came (around 12 on a Monday) the store wasn't too busy. Everything seemed clean and organized. Over by the seafood area they were giving samples of shrimp with a lemon dill sauce that was super good. When the line started getting longer than 2 or 3 people, they opened up another lane to help us move swiftly. I was in and out in a decent time frame. read more

I love Publix!! This particular location is always clean and it never seems to be too busy. It's a definite plus when I can do my grocery shopping in peace. They are a bit pricier compared to other grocery stores, but the quality of products and overall cleanliness is absolutely worth it. I also love how this location is literally behind my house so I don't have to go far if I'm craving some ice cream or if I forgot some key ingredients for dinner. Feeling welcomed every time makes me love coming here even if the prices seem a little high. The deli is my favourite part...the boars head meats are delicious! A very special thank you to the deli crew at the Osceola Village Publix. I ordered online and had an evening pickup for a small gathering. Unfortunately the date on the slip was written wrong and my order was not ready when I came in. The crew immediately had all hands on deck and created my order quickly while maintaining the high Publix quality. This is the first time I've had a poor experience at Publix. I placed an online sub order that was supposed to be ready at 1:50pm. I got to the deli (which was empty) at 1:48pm and did not see anyone present but the supervisor/manager. I went on to get the rest of my items since I was a bit early. Whenever I came back, I did see employees huddled around talking. I waited for a bit until someone came to help me. The employee was helpful and after an additional 10 minutes, I was on my way to check out. I went to the 10 items or less line with 2 combo subs. The cashier rang up everything except for the subs. She had difficulty scanning and keying in the sub label. This went on for about 10 minutes (without asking another for help) when she keyed the item in as a non grocery food item. She gave me my total, but I explained that the sub was a combo meal. She agreed, but I explained that she over charged me by charging me for the combo meal plus ringing up the 2 chips and 2 drinks. I further explained that the label total was for the combo meal. She said the total was correct. I was already super late, I just paid and left. The subs were the worst ones I've had from Publix. The chicken was tasteless and old. read more

It's Publix! That should be enough said. All Publix's in my mind anyway expect for a few odd things are the best. This place is the cleanest store I have ever been in. Both inside and out. There parking lot is well maintained. I swear not one cart running a muck. Always where they should be. I have never seen one in the lot other then in the parking corral where they belong. Someone is always collecting them to keep the lot clear. I like that. Yep this is the store for you. The aisles are wide and clutter free. The selection of prepared food is great. Bakery selection is yummy. Everything always looks so fresh. All my encounters with staff have been pleasant. The bathrooms are well kept and clean. Another amazing Publix. One of the largest locations I have ever been in. Extremely clean and well maintained. Personnel was as in all Publix's extremely polite and friendly. Again, the one problem would be the deli section. I have now learned to just place my deli orders online and pick them up so I don't need the headache of having to wait since there is always a line wither you are getting cold cuts or subs or hot food.
