I've got the monthly subscription plan and after every storm I make it a point to get in and get my car cleaned. On those days after a storm sometimes it seems like there is a delay of four or five cars and yet it always goes quickly and efficiently, and a thorough cleaning will help keep my car look new and attractive. Typically they've got cloth towels available for your use in every spot. All of this for a month to month subscription. What more could you want for the dollar? Vacuums are great and very strong (unless you get a bum one). But, the Ceramic Shield, Wax, and Tire shine do not always work. We pay the premium membership, but sometimes only get the basic car wash. They will not refund or give us any credit. They just make excuses like, " well sometimes not everything works". DUH. I live just a few blocks away from this car wash, so you would think I would go here all the time. Sadly, I don't. While their car wash works just fine, their vacuums are weak (and I've moved my car multiple times trying to find a hose that works). You have to pick up anything you want vacuumed from the floor of your car and then hand feed it into the vacuum. That's who low the suction is. When I need an exterior wash along with vacuuming (which is almost always as I have dog that could double as Chewbacca), I actually drive to Carson City for a wash. read more

They have several different carwashes. We have a monthly membership. It was 34.95 includes one interior cleaning. The sierra express in Carson city does the interior cleaning. Not sure if minden does. Later i decided to go with the 20.95 membership . But does not include the interior cleaning. And vacuum myself. There are free vacuums on the side. I live in Montana. I was in the Minden area to assist my terminally ill mother and went through the car wash in on HWY 88 in MInden. The girl at the kiosk told me there was a monthly special for $20. I said great as I was going to be there for a few weeks. She handed me a pile of cards and an ad and what I assumed was my credit card receipt, which I signed. She made absolutely no reference to recurring charges. I would have absolutely declined this as I do not live there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed a charge to my card today (back at home in Montana) and called. I spoke to an out of state person at customer service, and was told she could cancel it, but she could not refund the charge[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. She said someone from the actual Minden location would contact me. A short time later, [[HIGHLIGHT]]The General Manager, Zee (I think), from the Minden location contacted me and said he would not refund the money as I had signed the "contract," but he would cancel further charges.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was highly unethical and theft in my opinion. I seriously do not know who reads the fine print of a credit card receipt. I verify the amount and set it aside, not to mention that I NEED reading glasses to see the words and cannot drive with my reading glasses on. At the minimum, I should have been verbally made aware of the fine print that supposedly binds me to a contract on the receipt. Shameful and unethical business practices to be sure.
