The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

He's unreliable, barely calls back, says will be at your place at one time and either doesn't show up or calls much later to give you an excuse why his workers didn't show up. He sub contracts workers who don't know how to do the simplest things like paint or backsplash. Very disheartening, they said work will be done in 2 weeks, we're going on our fourth week. The job was simple and it has become a nightmare. The workers are nice but don't necessarily know what they are doing. Very sloppy work. If we can start all over we would totally hire another company.
