On July 11th, I received a call asking if I would be willing to move my 4:00 appointment to a later time. I declined and requested keeping the 4:00 start. I arrived at 3:45 and was told my appointment was now at 4:30. They did acknowledge that the text confirmation was for 4:00 but there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager (as this was now the second time this happened at this location with the last resulting in a cancellation on their part), I was told by the front desk staff "I can't contact the managers at this time as they may be in a meeting and I don't want to bother them". I was also not given the option to cancel with no penalty - I either had to accept the later time or lose the cost of the full appointment.
