Day of the event she was extremely late for the set up, showing up only 20 mins before the party and was still setting up when the guests arrived. After they finish setting up, she tells me that she didn't do the blue icing filling for the cupcakes so now I have nothing to reveal! I was furious! She didn't bother to use her table linen and left the existing one already on the table. We had to scramble and buy another prop to use for the reveal. I expressed my disappointment and that I wanted at least a partial refund but of course never heard from her again. She was also late picking up her equipment when we accommodated her to pick up the next day. For the amount paid, the service was truly lacking. Shortly after, Michael called me and we talked about my party and what I was looking for. I saw on the site, they also offer Photobooths so I asked if it was possible to make a slight change to the photobooth and personalize it a bit for my party and sure enough, they were able to accommodate! I booked a DeeJay and Photobooth package. I got directed to their client login site (awesome) and I was able to include music, change and edit the timeline and add special requests of music. That client site made it so easy to plan my party the way I wanted it to be. DJ Cali was my DJ, she showed up looking gorgeous for my fancy birthday and she was ready to hype up the party as needed.
