I have never had so many compliments on my hair, and I have beautiful hair, but she really knows how to do color! When the spa she worked at closed, I searched everywhere to find her. I knew she was in California somewhere, and I called every salon, and found her in Malibu! I was so happy when I heard she was moving back to Ventura County, I will go to whichever salon she is working at! I am that dedicated. I took a long break from dying my hair so I could allow my natural color to come in so that I could see it one time before I go grey (I'm 51). My hair is so healthy and my natural beach curl, dirty blonde hair color now, and has been for the past 6 years but now that my grey hairs are coming in I'm heading back to Lindsey! She's going to turn my hair around and make it fabulous again (Think blonde highlights that look like I have spent the summer on the beach). I can't wait! I'm super excited. Short story long: I locked my keys in my car right in front of this salon and had about 45 minutes to kill before roadside came to let me in so I decided to take a chance on fate and get my first hair trim in 2 years. Panicked and frazzled from the events of the day and scissors about to touch my hair, I could not have been in better care. Lisa was gentle with me, listened to what I needed, and did exactly that yet better than imagined. There was another family in shop when I visited and they were also very cheery and positive giving the salon a wonderful vibe. They had traveled all the way from Vegas and "just had to stop by to see Lisa while in town." When I heard that I knew she was really someone to be trusted. She trimmed my hair very well in about 15 minutes and charged me $20. While it might sound high and is definitely more than I would rather pay, the quality of the cut, her generosity of taking me in lat minute/no appointment, and her kindness was all worth it. I'd definitely recommend giving her a shot for hair cuts and trims, but please don't pull a Dani and help her out by making an appointment! While I don't die my hair, the family in shop while I was visiting was getting layered color and said they wouldn't have anyone else do it. If you do choose to stop by, definitely bring cash as that is all they accept here. Venmo may be an option but cash is safest.

Vanessa did such an awful job with my color that, when I went to another stylist to correct it, that stylist said, "See, this is why we suggest you don't do your own color at home." When I told her that the color had been done by someone who calls herself a professional stylist, she could hardly believe it. Along with ignoring your requests, Vanessa interrupted my haircut twice when she left her station to do eyebrow waxes for other clients.

When my previous stylist decided to retire, I went on a hunt to find the right person to take her place. Laura took the time to give me a consultation, she allowed me to show her pictures...long story short she took the time to know me and my hair. She listened. Her service is centered on her clients and she really knows how to show appreciation and care. Laura completed this beautiful chocolate caramel balayage on my hair. Since she did my hair 3 days ago, I've been getting compliments from family and friends! I was going to wait to show my best friend in person but I decided to send her a picture right after. I've not walked out of salon happy with my hair for a long time, until today. I have Zero complains. I asked she delivered. I get a color under lay with highlights and low lights with definition between blond and brown. She took her time, did it right the first time. I usually end up with yellow hair green hair color that washes out in two weeks, the wrong consistency but this is exactly what I asked for blonde and brown dimension, dark color underneath-exactly what I wanted. she is amazing really amazing I say give her a shot, she will surpass your expectations no question. I am going back I haven't said this along time. IM GOING BACK and not for a fix but for more services. I'm happy I found her I'll tell you that. Oh and her prices are more than fair.
