Crystal is amazing ! Super nice, gives the best scalp massage I've ever had, and the color is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. What I also love about Crystal is she listens. I decided for the first time to go to a salon to get my hair dyed. Picking to go with them was a huge mistake. They gave me the wrong color, which I was so embarrassed about. I made it expressly clear I needed to have my hair lightened before its dyed so that way it'll be visible. What do they do instead? Just dye it without lightening it at all. I was so embarrassed, but tried not to make a scene. Because my hair is nearly black, the difference is barely visible, even in good light. But they said to look at it in better light, and I did. Same problem, barely visible. I spent nearly $300 for something I didn't want in the first place. The next day I wanted to go in for a refund. They said they'd call me but never did. And since they're open half the week, I was forced to wait three days to even talk with them about the issue. And when I finally came back in and demanded a refund, they said they would fix it for me. Obviously I don't want my hair messed further by people who already fucked it up once, so I declined and continued to ask for a refund. I was told I can't get ANY refund because they can't undo the dye. And that would be a solid argument, if it wasn't for the fact that it was not what I was asking for altogether. If you're planning on going here, don't. There are plenty of other salons in the area, and if you value your money and time, you should go with one of those instead. read more

This place is amazing I had the best experience with Karelle she did such an amazing job, she actually listened to how I wanted my haircut and also gave me advice for my frizzy hair, she advised me to use aveda cherry almond leave in conditioner which smells great, does the job. This is the first time I have gone to this place and the first person who actually took the time to listen and give feedback on any issues I had, I am very picky with people who do my hair but she made it perfect. He really understands hair and how to make it look good. They use Aveda products so I guarantee you'll leave with shiny beautiful hair. I can't stop touching it and smelling it when I leave. I'm really impressed with this salon! This salon offers lots of thoughtful details to make clients comfortable and welcome. Abigail gave me an amazing wash/cut/style today. I ended up getting the kind of haircut I've always wanted, but didn't exactly know how to ask for, and my hair was incredibly smooth, soft, and shiny (it's normally thick and can be on the frizzy side). I have only been to maybe 2 or 3 different people to cut/color my hair over the span of 10 or so years. In all honesty only 1 of them I would faithfully go to repeatedly. My hair is a prized possession of mine as silly as that sounds, so I was nervous to go to anyone new! My grandmother would always rave about this Salon, and in particular could not stop talking about Karelle. Since I was extremely overdue for a haircut I decided to go and see for myself! Not only was Karelle super sweet, she made me feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me. She went above and beyond for me. I have always had very long hair, with no will power to truly cut it. However, Karelle noted that a lot of my hair was damaged and that a good cut and deep conditioning treatment would really help it. Long story short I left with more inches off of it then I was expecting to, but because I trusted her advice my hair is better then ever. It is SO much healthier now and feels and looks amazing. I went back to have her put more color in it since a good portion of my ombré was cut off. She did her magic again because my new ombré looks amazing and was exactly what I wanted! Not only did he completely fix my disaster of a highlight job from a different salon, but he is without a doubt the best hair stylist I have ever been fortunate enough to find! After he gave me his expert advice, as he explained to me why my idea was not possible. I went with his recommendation and LOVED the results!!!! I absolutely loved my hair and make up for my best friends wedding!!!!! My hair stayed up look great and got a lot of compliments. My make up and eyelashes made it through the next night even though tears were rolling down my face. Great service and they were so fun professional and fast honestly. I have extremely thick hair and its to my waist sefiously up do with curls braid poof side bun and a flower took about 1 &15 min at most with my hair is an all time record!!!
