You pay a lot of money for low quality. I asked for a back fill and Brian did a poor job. When I brought it to his attention that he put oil on my nails rather than the top coat, he disagreed with me. I had oil on my wallet, shirt and the cash I handed him! When my nails were dry, the left hand clearly didn't have a top coat because it wasn't smooth and shiny. I stayed for a pedicure. It was pretty basic and I was hoping for "a salon experience", with rocks or lotion, a foot rub with salt rocks but that wasn't included. My toes look pretty but I did leave here and went to the salon around the corner for another pedicure. The lady at that shop said, "oh honey how long has it been"? I said 8 mins!! Really? Ugh, poor job for you but I will do better". And she DID. read more

My nail tech was very kind and made sure I liked the color, length, shape, etc. The only drawback was that nobody was working the front desk. I have been going to JaJa at Image Resorts since the end of Covid restrictions. I have never had such great hair in my life. He is brilliant. He knows what he's doing and every style is created for the individual. I had always been told I couldn't be a blond and that I would hate it, but as I have gotten older I have felt that dark hair isn't right for me anymore. Jaja slowly changed me to a blond and I've never been happier. Many of my friends have started going to him because of my hair. And what can I say about the owner, Tweety. The is absolutely the most talented and creative manicurist I have ever been too. I'm so glad my manicures last for a month because they are so pretty I hate to see them go. I was referred to Mercy by a friend and all I can say is THANK YOU! Mercy took the time to take "before & after" pictures, listen to what I wanted, shared her knowledge and expertise on the benefits of light/long layers, and once we agreed on how much to cut and how to cut, she did exactly what she said she'd do. The blow dry was awesome, loved how she did it as well as explaining and giving suggestions along the way to make it easier for me when I do it at home. The entire process took maybe an hour and my hair went from long, scraggily, Pool damaged hair to a fabulous, sassy shoulder length blunt cut (which is what I asked for) with a slight edge in the front to lay better (what Mercy helped explain to me). I took a chance and booked an appointment with her...and I've never looked back. I had her do both color and cut and was so pleased with both. I've never had great hair, but Mercy has made it easy to work with and I am so pleased with the color as well. Do not trust Vicky-Maria Guzman. I went in there on Friday just asking for full highlights. My hair was healthy and long, past shoulder length. I walked out of there with severe damaged hair. The process caused a lot of breakage. This salon never seems to have the needed products on hand and they clearly use poor quality products. I had to have my hair cut short, neck length. It was a very traumatizing experience. And i unfortunately will have to live with that reminder everyday I look in the mirror!! read more
