After the service I mentioned the color was too light and she insisted it wasn't. Even solicited a colleague's opinion (something I learned was common practice in salons with unhappy customers). She stated it looked lighter due to "the lighting " and sent me on my way up charging me an additional $30. Being uncomfortable and conflict avoidant, I paid and tipped 15%. When I got home I took pics of the color in various lighting. Instead of a gray streak, I had a light brown one. She offered to do a repeat however, I did not trust her judgement and gaslighting tendencies. Said I was willing to have a redo by the owner of the shop which she was non-responsive to. She offered a $90 refund less her "product fee". She never replied to my question regarding the price increase. Carol was delightful to converse with during the service rendered. She probably does a fine job with her normal clients. For me and this root job, she missed the mark. Her attempts to convince me it was the right color, just angers me. I communicated with the owner via text after leaving a few VM's. She apologized for the experience and had no comment regarding the increased price. I'm hitting the box and doing it myself if I'm ever in this situation again!

I walked in and the aesthetic of the salon was so cute and was greeted by my stylist, Lauren, who I soon found out was actually the owner - how lucky! She was so sweet, very communicative, gave advice on what she recommended for my hair and got straight to it. I did a really good deep treatment with steam which I've never done and is supposed to be really great to open up the hair follicles and I will say my hair was so silky smooth after! And most notable, she is the only stylist that has ever blow dried my hair and didn't burn my neck or ears with the heat. 10/10 experience overall and will be back. Thanks so much, Lauren!!

The BEST salon in town by far!!! Aliona Holloway is a miracle worker. My hair had a ton of breakage and damage from me dying it and bleaching it and it was fading out on the ends. She touched up my hair and started the process of healing my hair and getting it back to normal and beautiful. She is so sweet and walked me through everything she was doing and giving me tips as she went to help me keep up the work she is doing so I can do it between cuts and color. I am absolutely blown away with how she made my hair look so PERFECT!!! I am blown away this is the BEST HAIRCUT EVER!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Aliona Holloway!!! Bella's using a new product that beautifully lightens medium to dark hair without drying it out and leaving it orange like bleach does. It's not bleach. I'm not sure exactly how it works... but it does! For the first time I've been able to highlight my hair without frying it and having to tone it repeatedly to cover up the orange color. You can chose from many colors (blonde highlights, red or brown reds and even violet). Bella's mixes the correct proportion of colors and skillfully weaves it through the hair. It never looks nearly as good when I take matters into my own hands :) In addition to her expertise I appreciate being able to freely express how I feel about my hair. If you are in California, go see BELLA at Image Resorts. She is the best!!! I am from New York and 5 years ago,on a trip to California, I found her by luck and I have followed her faithfully ever since. She did my color and I loved how she took her time to give me the proper highlights. And when I wanted to go brunetter, she made me a sexy chocolate brown. I loved her so much, I flew her east to do my hair for my wedding, and my entire bridal party. Recently, she did a keratin treatment on my hair. OH MY GOD!!!! I have never felt better, sexier, happiers with the way I look. She takes her time and taylors the cut, color and style to your face, so you always look wonderful. Went to get my hair done last week by Mercy. Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the salon was. I went in having almost no idea what I wanted, I just wanted my hair fixed. As Mercy described it looked like I had "two haircuts". I was extremely nervous as the last two haircuts I had were terrible and I had been home dying my hair since 13, so it was pretty damaged! Mercy sat with me and we talked about my hair and finally decided what we should do. She made me feel completely at home and welcome as we made small talk and the results were unbelievable! Before my appointment with Mercy my hair was always up in a bun or ponytail and when it wasn't, it was just choppy. Four days later and I feel much more confident and comfortable with my own hair! As soon as I walked in the manager was very sweet and the customer service was awesome, she then presented me to Aliona who took care of me very well, and it's like she knew just the right thing to do! I got the perfect haircut and hair tint. She took her time to make sure I felt confident about the amazing change. The detail she put in her work was something I had never experienced before. She didn't need to stay and go through the trouble to do my hair, but she chose to make me feel important and help my disastrous hair, there was no feeling of being rushed, which is total brownie points for me. Bella Lopes is a true artist. She listen to what I wanted, talk to me about my hair's natural patterns and was able to repair previous damage. Bella has an eye for texture and movement that is truly amazing - I can let my hair air dry out of the shower and it looks good no matter what and it's all thanks to her. I went a great nurse @ Image Resorts. She did my laser hair removal and treated my rosacea. I sent my mom in and she got Botox and Juvederm. Her name was Wendy and the name of her company is A Fresh Face. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the girl at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I walked in she was talking to someone who worked there about her night out. Not sure what her name was but she had long reddish blond hair. While I waited for her to notice me, she let the phone ring and continued her conversation for a few minutes before she told me where to go. Except for that, it was a great experience. read more

Julie Ann is absolutely Amazing! I originally was going to another salon & after telling my hairstylist I wanted to go lighter she not only put red but also brassy goldish highlights and totally ruined my hair. Julie Ann came to my rescue. After the 1st visit with her to correct it she made a huge difference. Today I had my 2nd appt with her and it looks like what I originally wanted for my hair. The PEDICURES I have had from BARBARA MANN are simply the best I have ever had. Barbara meticulously details each foot and toe getting rid of all the dead skin. Her attention to detail really makes a difference. My feet look perfect when I leave and the pedicure lasts longer than you'd expect. I also really appreciate that she uses her own pedicure chair and tub and she keeps her equipment spotlessly clean and sanitary. THIS BUSINESS WILL BE CLOSING 12-13-2025, SIGN ON DOOR. So if you need salon care better start looking, SEEMS THEY ARE A FEW NAIL PERSON'S BUT OTHERWISE ITS DARK. My salon stylist as already left, not much of a notice was given to anyone there. I would say mis- management, on the part of the owner as it was always busy.
