The staff is not fully trained and aware of shaping a straw hat evident as the young lady tried to to bend by hand without steaming. Wearing a hat for 50 years that's 101. She started to crease the hat and misshape it. I offered guidance by showing the nice young lady the steps to shape the hat. The elderly manager on duty demanded that I step away from the section where the steamer was located of which i had no intention of using. I tried to explain that the process being used would damage to the hat. Unfortunately the manager came across as disconcerning and lack of knowledge. I would strongly discourage anyone from.doing business especially touching a hat! I have not abused them but last evening when I removed the right one, I noticed the rivet holding one of the eyelits to the leather was broken and the eyelit flopping around. The reason I purchased them was to have a better and more comfortable boot over the issued pairs. I guess I made a costly mistake, especially not purchasing from AAFES which are in places the troops are overseas. The guy here at Fort Hood basically said I need to contact Belleville which translates to me (shit out of luck). Waiting to hear back from them. $150 is a large chuck to take from Soldiers putting their trust in merchandise sold by vendors and not AAFES who guarantee products sold or money refunded.

When ATT offers you a "rebate" for your existing phone they don't credit you that amount, they spread it out of 36 payments. You are paying for the phone and then using that credit to pay off the interest? So after paying 300 and getting my credit, I owed $0 but it still increased my monthly payment by over 100/month. The $1000 phone is now $3600 over 3 years? Seriously? I brought it right back. Did I get a refund? No. When my existing line was added to the new phone, the phone was "blacklisted" so they will not refund it until it was "de-blacklisted" - in violation of the Texas law. I didn't transfer the line, they did and they should have known. Finally they sold me two sim cards and neither works. As an IT contractor I HAD literally 100's of 2FA codes that were lost in all this back and forth. I will literally waste weeks of billable time to straighten this mess out. Complete incompetence.
