I will never EVER EVER go back to this establishment for this reason. When I first arrived she said hello and asked me if I needed help. I asked her where the kids shoes were located and she said "on the back wall. Let me know if I can help." I said "great, i'll let you know." The clothing that I saw in the store is what I would consider casual clothing or work clothing. Depends on your work situation if it would be considered "business casual." Nowadays, that term is used rather loosely. Their clothing is not inexpensive but it is very good quality. A pair of good work pants will outlast two pairs of jeans so you do get what you pay for. Until now, I have really only seen their clothing in their catalog. Their catalog is not photographs of their clothing. It is more of an illustrated catalog so it is hard to get a good feel for what their clothing looks like. Because of that, I have always been a little hesitant to buy it. After seeing it with my own eyes and also seeing how well it feels and fits, I am now a fan. Bottom line - Quality clothing that will last a long time.
