I asked again and I was told again every day today I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes and I asked from military discount the manager got real smart mouth. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service from Rebekah. I paid over the phone thru customer service for a pickup. Got the confirmation email and my bank showing I paid for the shoes. Went to pick them up and Rebekah and her other corworkers refused to give me my shoes because they didn't have anything showing on their end. Waited over a half hour while they were on hold with customer service and even though I had two proofs of purchase they refused to give me my shoes until their system was working again. I get that systems mess up, but Rebekah was so rude- I got zero apologies for their mess up and instead treated like I was trying to steal the shoes. Finally got a call the next day their system showed I paid for the shoes. What a nightmare. Will never shop there again. read more

Professional Service fitting Grandson for shoes Son and his family are up from Marietta Ga. We were down there for our Grandson's first birthday two weeks ago and this time they came up for a visit. He's already outgrown the first pair of shoes we bought for him so time to replace. Went to Rack Room Shoes at Northcross after dinner this evening. We were greeted immediately and shown to the proper section so that we could make our selection. They kept checking back to answer and questions that we may have had but in the end we found what we wanted. In addition, they were having a buy one get one 50% off so we bought a second set slightly larger for when he outgrows this set. All in all, a very good experience with good selection and excellent pricing. read more

I walked into this Rackroom location and waved at the associate from the entrance door. She did not greet me or wave back. She simply stood and stared at me as I entered. (Awkward much?). Anyway, I began looking at Crocs and at this point, she walked over to ask if I needed help. She stated "y'all ok over here?" Mind you, I was shopping alone. Who is "y'all?" Moments later, another associate came over and while walking asked if I needed help with anything. She did not stop walking while verbally asking if I needed help. These actions lead me to believe there was not a true intent to provide service. The customer service was sub par. Why ask if I need help if you aren't going actually stop walking and help me? Maybe this was more than a simple "can I help you?" read more

Outstanding customer service!!! This is my new favorite shoe place. They went above and beyond for my daughter and me. I ordered my daughter a pair of converse shoes for the first day of school bc she suddenly told me that she had to have these for school. I ordered online for store pick up so we just had to run in and out. I waited for an email saying the shoes were ready but never received one. We decided to just go and pick them up. We get there and the doors were locked. The sales associates were closing the register. I finally got one to come to the door. I explained I already ordered and paid for them I just need the shoes. She finally let us in and went to find the shoes. Apparently the order never came through and she told us the computer was shutdown and would have to come back tomorrow. My daughter was devastated. We went outside and I tried explaining to my teenager it would be okay and we started towards the car. We hear someone calling us back and the sales associate said she would be able to get us the shoes. I felt HORRIBLE to make them have to stay, especially on a Sunday and the day before school starts. They were so nice about it and I thanked them over and over again. My daughter was so excited for school today and her new shoes gave her the confidence to rock the first day of school. I will be shopping at this store all the time now. As a long employee in retail this was an excellent example of fantastic customer service. read more

This location can be hit or miss some times. The last time I was here (December 5), I had no issues. They didn't have a children's shoes in the size I was looking for and the associate helped me find it at another store and also had them put it on hold for me. She was very friendly. I planned on purchasing another pair of shoes, but found out they didn't have that shoe in the store with the children't shoe on hold for me. I only planned to buy two pairs of shoes to get the buy one, get one 50% off deal and the associate helped me make that happen. She told me I could get a "dummy size" of the kid's shoe and just exchange it for the correct size at the other store. That worked and I had absolutely no problem with my exchange later on that day. read more

My family went to the store looking for new shoes for our kids and my wife. The kids where really excited and picking up various shoes for me to look at. I would not say they we up to any unusual actions for 3 year olds but my wife told me that the employees (inc store manager) were complaining about the kids! Wow, well needless to say I will never return to that store for any shoes. My recommendation do not go to this location if you have young kids since it seems that the employees cannot handle it. read more
