Right as you enter the door there is a signboard where you can right your name and then they will come get you when a salesperson is available. I didn't have to wait long at all. Next they have you stand on a scanning machine followed by measuring your stride on a short strip on the floor that does just that. The salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable and I learned stuff about my feet that blew my mind. He brought out three different pairs of shoes and I got to try them on and walk around with them. I ended up getting a pair of Brooks. I was very pleased with my purchase and will look into running programs in the near future that they offer on their website. Highly recommend this establishment!

This included a decent array of size 14's which can oftentimes be a problem to find. I found a pair I liked quickly, tried them on, they fit well and there you have it, sold! Anyway, the customer service was exceptional here. The manager went out of her way to help me. She spoke to me as soon as I walked in the store and asked if I needed and help. I said yes. This was the Sunday before Christmas and the store was really crowded but a young associate named Kadan took the time to really help us select a Stetson hat. He was knowledgeable about the product and really patient in answering our questions and even checking the store room for a size that wasn't out on display. My nephew did buy one of the hats and it was a really enjoyable experience. The store has a great selection of Western clothing and boots at reasonable prices.
