Sketchers has become my numero uno in footwear! Over the course of this year, I've purchased two…read morepairs of dress shoes, one pair of trail shoes, which added to the Sketchers household shoes I've had around for a while! The deals here really make it difficult to not visit every day! I used to be a New Balance guy but I found what seemed to be changes in the shoes that caused them to not last as long as they used to. I didn't need to stick with NB anymore since my military service ended. But I found an opportunity to give another brand a try. I picked up a sturdy black trail shoe that continues to impress me and shows no signs of wearing out, whether on the trails shooting photos and videos, walking the beach, or for everyday use. I picked up a couple of dress shoes as well. One was a pair of brown slip-ins, that not only fit like a glove, but are a comfy as all get out! With both of these, my old Walking Co. shoes have been replaced. My second pair of dress shoes are black waterproof but are not slip-ins. Each pair have been terrific in appearance and durability. It's pretty clear Sketchers has come a long way in recent years! I will say if you come here, first you much look for deals - that's what an outlet like this is all about. Also, you must sign up for emails and rewards! You will get rewarded many times over! I'll finally say that the customer service has been stellar. I truly appreciate the employees here helping me with my questions and aiding me to get the best in the deals they offer. Some years back I bought a pair of Skechers tennies that had a flaw in the heal area and I had to return them. I stayed away from them until this year. Now their shoes are definitely ones that you want to have on your feet! My next pair? One that has the image "Good Year" on the sole! Visit and get familiar with this Sketchers outlet! Though I didn't get a chance to look at nearly everything in the store, I think the prices were pretty fair and reasonable over all from what I did see. They have an abundance of men's and women's sports clothing selections from all the famous name brands (Nike, adidas, UA, and so much more)! I was impressed with their camping and fishing area, along with the shooting and archery section. On the other end from this section, Academy sports offers a large area of personal fitness machines, bikes, and other gear and accessories to help people keep in shape. The store itself is well managed, clean and impressively organized for a facility so large that offers so much! I got what I needed on this day. The service provided to me was pretty stellar overall. Undoubtably I'll be back! Hobbies help keep the sports store machine running! And with the decent (and sometimes excellent) prices on various sports items, it's pretty clear why Academy Sports is so popular in JAX! Take a visit here! Nobody spoke to us. We strolled around looked at prices which are not cheap....looked at sale rack and I even carried a pair around no one asked if I needed to try them on. I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day but it was empty at 12:30 on Saturday. I was so disappointed and then I went to Lucky and I was telling my friend I never heard of the place until a week ago and a group of girls overheard us and said they had the same experience both times they went in and won't be going back. Not sure what the deal is but customer service is the main reason customers come back and spread the word. Huge disappointment that is for sure. And I will be sure to share my thoughts with my friends and their friends and so on. If your minimum wage employees are lazy or slack or just aren't treated right by management it shows....and your sales should show too.

I mentioned this to the sales person and she suggested I pay for the shoes up front and she would have them shipped to me - uh I really prefer not to do that, I have no issue shopping on line I do it all the time but the reason I decided to go to a brick and mortar location was to purchase and take the shoes with me. I fully understand this would be the best option if this was the only Clarks and although I love their shoes it's by far not the only shoes I like and definitely not the only option . I was a little taken back by her insistence I really didn't understand it - maybe it's more about the commission than the customer service either way it wasn't working for me. I've had a t-shirt that I bought years ago and wear it often. There is normal wear to the graphic but no holes. Join Club Hollister for points that can be earned towards reward certificate and members only offers. I do quite a bit of online shopping and having the option to return at the store makes it super convenient. The minimum for free shipping is usually $50, but once in awhile there are deals for free shipping for any orders. If you do shop online, shop through ebates and earn a min of 1.5% cashback.
