I have returned to being extremely disappointed in their lack of quality clothing considering the prices they are charging. I do understand this brand is considered fast fashion so I should not expect amazing longevity, but if their clothes will not hold up for even a year of inconsistent wear, they should lower their prices to fit the lack of quality.

I called ahead of time because it was close to closing time. Anne, the assistant manager, answered. I told her my issue and size and asked if she could pull outfits in my size and put them in a dressing room since it was so close to closing time. When I got there, she had an amazing selection of my sizes waiting for me. I got the PERFECT outfit and got so many compliments on it. Carol Anne also help! They were both amazing! The manager on duty, Leslie De La Cruz, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and made absolutely no effort to understand or address my situation. The bag in question wasn't just any item it was a meaningful gift from a cherished friend, and it was donated without my approval. I approached the store calmly, simply looking for a reasonable resolution. Instead of listening or offering even a hint of assistance, Leslie repeatedly shut me down, showed no empathy for my discomfort, and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. All I asked for was a basic form of compensation, such as a refund or a gift card equal to the value of the donated bag. This was a fair and respectful request given the circumstances, yet the manager chose to offer nothing not even a sincere apology. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, not only because of the loss of a sentimental item, but because of the unacceptable treatment I received from someone who is supposed to represent the store's values. Customers deserve respect, understanding, and professionalism, none of which were shown to me during this interaction. I truly hope Uptown Cheapskate addresses this issue, because no one should have to go through what I did just to seek a simple and reasonable resolution.

This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.
