I contacted Acme Lock to replace my apartment lock that had been vandalized over Christmas. The service I received from Jerry was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He not only replaced the upper lock but also discovered that the bottom lock was broken and in fact was not a deadbolt. He replaced both locks and made sure the bolts fit the door jam perfectly.
