The whole adoption process was very easy and swift, we'll definitely be coming back when we're ready for another kitty! We had coordinated with the individual from this rescue company and had chosen a cat for our…read moredaughter. She agreed to put the cat aside for a week and said if anything had changed that we had a week to let her know and she would give us a refund. We had a family meeting and decided that we probably needed to hold off on the cat. We called her well before the week timeline and she never responded. We contacted her several times and she never got back to us. We had to go through the bank to get the money back because she never refunded the money as was agreed-upon. If we ever decide to go forward with getting a cat in the future, we will not go through this rescue company.

They often have furniture and other rare finds for a thrift store. Their donation process is very easy and fast. I took me about 3 minutes to donate my items last time I came by. They do not take American Express, so bring a debit card or cash.

I bought a desk online on Thursday at 11:23 and went to pick it up today, Saturday. When we went in…read moreto pick it up, the woman at the counter first said something to effect of they didn't sell the piece I was talking about. I showed them the email receipt I had and she told me that there was no receipt at the counter documenting the sale. It was at this moment that I had assumed they sold it to someone else, but nonetheless she looked up my name and was able to find the receipt on their system. We drove around to the back to pick it up and after about 10 minutes of someone looking, he returned with a supervisor. I showed them a picture of the piece and they went back to looking for it. Then, they returned a few minutes later with someone else. They did not have the desk and I had to go back into the front to get them to refund the purchase. The supervisor met me there with the receipt and was telling the cashier that the desk was sold to someone else yesterday, a full 24 hours after I bought it online. Of course they refunded me, but it was just frustrating that over 24 hours later it was sold to someone else. I would not consider purchasing anything online again unless you want to call the store immediately and have them verify that they put the sold sticker on it, as that clearly didn't happen. I wish they had a better online system that prevented this from happening with the few pieces that are listed online.

Lots of clothes and shoes. Some furniture and a decent amount of pictures and housewares. I felt like majority of the housewares pricing was over the top. Prices are very sporadic.

"Management" which doesn't seem to ever be at the store to talk to, has closed and blocked the…read morerestrooms. They have closed the fitting rooms, and like all or most goodwills there is no returns. People have to be able to try thing on, and use the restrooms while shopping sometimes. These management decisions are ridiculous.
