I am getting new frames and lenses for my day-to-day eyewear. And keeping the old as a spare. Also, I am used to other less than professional organizations trying to sell you a higher priced frame to get bang for their buck. Not Northfield. I very clearly stated I was not interested in fancy frames and they respected that. They showed me modest cost frames and I was able to choose what I wanted very fast . They fitted me appropriately and now I wait two weeks to get my new glasses. I can't say enough about the positive overall experience that I received here. Went back a week or 2 and the same front desk person but different other 2. She currently sees three generations of my family (my parents, my wife and me and our children) and we ALL drive nearly an hour to visit her. Why? Aside from having bought hybrids :) we all fee like a part of her family. We feel important to her and the practice. They are truly the type of people that make a person feel welcomed and that they will go the extra mile for you. Frankly though, and most importantly, I trust the practice with the care of my elderly parents and my children.
