Scheduled with texture specialist because I have wavy/curly hair- (came in with it straightened in…read moreponytail like I usually wear it because it is too heavy to hold style). I let her know I have 2A-2C curl. Showed my inspirational photos from Pinterest board - shag and wolf cuts. Wanted more of a "style"and was open to her input as the texture specialist. Stylist said she understands and I would need some layers. She proceeds to point cut my dry hair taking off about 1.5" just from the ends - my current cut was a 1 length haircut that hits between my shoulder blades. She asked if I wanted bangs...all the photos showed some type of bangs. I deferred to her "expertise" asking what she thought. She said she didn't know- "I've never had bangs." My new cut had the "shortest" layers hitting below my shoulders. Nothing close to shag/wolf cuts that have layers up at ears. She then "styled" (that's being generous saying that) curly with diffuser and some products. Zero lift couldn't see any layering looked to me exactly the same as before just wavy vs straight. Wasn't going to make an issue that it's nothing like the ideas I shared. Paid and left. Took photos in the car and there is zero layers visible, unlike the inspirational photos. Very flat and no volume, again not what I asked for. l suggest that you just go elsewhere.

I am pissed off that I paid $350 for the Ombre Brows and on day 3, they were already peeling off, like how dry wax looks, but with fake hair strokes in it and no shading behind it! I didn't feel she was confident either, I had to keep showing her where it was uneven or not right and she'd say, "oh, I see it". She also did not do it how I wanted and her response was "I'm sorry, I can do it on the follow up". I was so annoyed of the lack of confidence and that my face was now already done that I just paid like a dummy, just to get out of there! I am not even going back for the follow up. I now have to have someone else redo her work. Someone saw what she did on me and said it looked bad, like she had used cheap, or bad ink and that her work was not even. I felt embarrassed. I have texted her, called, left vmails and she doesn't respond until maybe 2 days later. After I complained her text response was "follow the instructions" as if I hadn't already and she told me to just "fill in the blank spots with a pencil. I got no phone call, no hello, or any sympathy for my concerns when she finally responded either. Any business u go with, u should be able to get in contact with them and or hear back from them within 24 hrs, she does not!! I have requested my full money back, or even partial and I'm waiting for a response, b4 I take legal actions. This is my face were talking about. I have pics to show as well how it looks from day 3 to now. It's up to u if u wanna throw away ur money, for a complimentary touch up...that's what got me and now look at me...out of $350, jacked up eyebrows and have to get them redone elsewhere....paying again. I think these 17 or so other reviews are full of it and being nice. When I have expressed my concerns, or how they look....it's like she will not call me to reassure or make things better, but it's like she's blaming me for how they are now.
