Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.

However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

She just kept on pointing at the list of pricing, the whole time I could hear in the background the dentist and her helper saying that I was a very ugly disgusting person, and I couldn't understand what the hell was going on. These people are the biggest assholes I've ever dealt with, and I never even got my crown taken care of because I refused to go back.I received multiple phone calls demanding a pay the bill I never had completed and i had ready paid in full. Finally after two years of them badgering me for a false bill by phone a message from a person at their office telling me in a very narsty tone " you had better fucking contact us, we're sick of fucking contacting you" .... if anybody is considering going to these pieces of of crap stay clear, I never got the procedure completed, and they took my money, these people are fucking assholes. my response was tomtake me to court, never heard back from them. Each room is set up like a pretty standard dental office, very clean. On my first visit, they told me they like to do a full set of x-rays just to get an idea of what my teeth are like overall, but my insurance didn't cover for a full set. So they told me they will still do the full x-ray set, but just write it as whatever my insurance will cover, and they will cover the remaining cost. How great is that?!? The staff is wonderful and courteous, also very punctual. I'm never waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanings are done nice and quickly, I'm in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Vaandehaar is great! He always makes suggestions for me to consider, but is never pushy about getting anything done that isn't absolutely necessary. For example, when I had a cavity, he obviously strongly recommended that I take care of it asap. But when it came to some preventative things, he told me what was going on, and what some options are and said it's something to think about. The only complaint that I have is, they do send A LOT of appointment reminders via email and text, multiple times leading up to your appointment. Yes, you can totally opt out of it, so I guess this is really on me. Also, TDC is the only place that staff actually came in and sang happy birthday to me during my cleaning. It was so sweet! By far the best dental office I've been to. Highly recommended. (And I'm not just saying that because of the singing)

I needed to be fixed fast since it was affecting my speech. After investigating, he had referred me to an oral surgeon but invited me back for regular dental visits. I did in fact, and a few months later they found a soft part of my last wisdom tooth. I came in and he and his team worked on cleaning out the decay and filling the tooth. I was amazed by the way the anesthesia was given, I didn't feel any pain when she shot my gum. Dr Stevens worked quickly to get my tooth fixed.
