Timothy rolls his eyes about his mother's "performance" when doing his laundry. Timothy does not care about his clients in equal measure. If you are over 65, you won't get a very warm welcome that lasts for very long. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Kate listened to me, did exactly what I wanted, and even experimented some which turned out beautifully. Plus, the haircut was completely reasonable at 24 bucks. The salon itself was very clean and polished and the products that were used were really nice. I'm impressed by how stylish the space was. They also offer massage and waxing services and Kate mentioned that a cut and color is only 69 bucks. I will definitely be going back when I visit my parents, it is worth it. :)

The person I dealt with was not sorry and seemed to think this was my fault. Apparently thinks that I am the type of person that plans their Saturday around going into salons and making up haircut appointments. Her explanation was that they have 3 receptionists. I won't use this salon again, mostly due to their lack of responsibility for not having the appointment in the "system". If you go there perhaps you should call 3 times to make sure that all 3 receptionists are aware of your appointment.

I really connected with Kirby. She is the first salon professional to tell me what I've already been saying about my hair. It felt so great to be validated. She agreed with my former style but added some new information and I'm ready to try coloring again. Ok. So I bring in a picture of a style I'm looking for. The receptionist has me consult with a…read morestylist. Can you do this with my hair -cut and color wise, but not so much blond, shaggy and fun. Sure, she says. Nice chatting while she is doing the foils. I reminder her, not too blond, not chunky, Im looking for blending. Foils come out, hair is washed. I had to tell her to rinse the other side, still soapy. Go to the chair... I should have left then. Way too blond. Now she starts chopping. I say, is that going to work with the style. "Her hair is at least 3 inches long and she has hair spray in it". To which I say, "so was mine before you started chopping it off". I'm stuck and very dissatisfied. When I am (reluctantly) paying my bill, I tell the receptionist my hair doesn't even come close to the picture (a buzz cut is longer). She says, well the color is spot on, I say, but its too short and I told the stylist, not too blond, she says the color is spot on and your hair is still wet.. Ummm, I'm no beautician, but even I know hair shrinks when it drys... I so want a refund to buy a hat to cover this chop job. I don't think anyone heard a word I said, just did their own thing. NEVER AGAIN!!! Thank goodness hat season is in, at least outside. I will wait 3 months until my hair grows out and pay more money some where else. Be very leary of places that have walk in availability on a Saturday...
