I had an awesome brazilian + eyebrow combo training appointment this morning with Samantha. I hadn't had a brazilian for quite some time, and my eyebrows were looking a little rough, so I figured it was time to get cleaned up. I knew it was going to be pretty painful considering how long it bad been since my last brazilian, but Samantha did an amazing job, both with the wax itself and also helping take my mind off the pain by chatting with me and checking in on me. I was a little hesitant coming to Lunchbox since I have heard contradicting reviews. I was also hesitant due to always having my Brazilians done with hard wax and at LunchBox they use soft wax. What I can personally say is that I was nervous for nothing. Aurora did an amazing job- It was a very pleasant service with minimal pain. I received an email offer from this salon and since I didn't experience any ill results to my Brazilian wax I opted to make another appointment. Parking is still ample, and on this visit I was actually greeted when I arrived, already doing better than my first visit where I was left standing at the front door hoping someone would emerge, and when they did I was told, "Yeah hold on" while something was done on their computer and then they checked out their last patron. Having just driven in some heavy traffic I popped into the immaculately clean restroom, another star compared to last time!! My waxer this time was fantastic. Everything was explained, and I was talked through the whole process which I appreciated and I'm sure anyone new to the treatment would also greatly appreciate. My waxer remembered my original review and I braced myself for what I feared would be an uncomfortable conversation, but NO! I got an apology and inquiry on exactly what happened so they could make it right for me. This is HUGE ya'll, and I really felt like my business was valued and appreciated. I'm happy to return to this location until the closer one opens up in a few months and I'm very glad I went back and gave them another go. My first experience here was really good. I paid roughly $60 for a Brazilian that took about 30 minutes. Their first time customer offer buy one get one free is honestly super amazing. As you can imagine getting waxed below the waist can be quite awkward but honestly it wasn't at all here. The girl that did the waxing kept the conversation super casual and we even laughed about the awkward position you have to be in for the "between the cheeks" part of the Brazilian. I spontaneously decided to get a Brazilian for the first time just to try it and see what the hype was about. I scheduled with Belle and I told her this was my very first wax ever! I was really nervous about the amount of pain people have told me about, but I still wanted to try to see if this is something for me. Belle is very sweet and understanding! I went there today for my first Brazilian extended ever. (Brazilian and down the thighs). I was always under the impression that this was painful. I can honestly say that I totally regret having waited so long to try this. I didn't find it to be painful at all. The woman who waxed me, was personality plus- and we chatted the entire time. Got a confirmation call from belle and she answered any questions I had. She also gave me some pointers to come in prepared. When I came into the salon, super clean and spacious. I booked an appointment with Amanda, she was so nice and such a sweet person to work with. It's nice when people talk to you during your appointment , we talked and joked.
