Not only is she sweet and polite but VERY gentle. She moved quickly and definitely knew what she is doing. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and will be going back. She waxed my eyebrows and underarms as well and I am amazed at how much my underarms lightened after waxing. Alisa is great! I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have been getting brazilian waxed with Alisa for about 4.5 months now. I had not gotten waxed for about 3 years now but still remember how painful it was with my previous waxer at European wax center. I figured I would get started earlier in my pregnancy to get used to the pain again that way when my belly would be too huge for me to groom myself down there I could just go in and get waxed. What I love about my experience at radiant waxing so far is that they keep a clean environment which is super important always but especially now that I'm pregnant and any infections can put my baby at risk also. The main reason why I keep going to radiant waxing and purchased the 12 month membership is because Alisa is simply great. My waxing experience has not been nearly as painful as the ones I had prior to going to radiant waxing. She makes me feel comfortable and does a great job every time I go in! I started going to Lunchbox maybe 2-3 months ago and I am in love. I have tried multiple wax places and when I tell you it was either the wax was to hot or I would have urn marks or even break out after a couple of days, I have never had that problem since I've been going here. When I first went in I was extremely nervous but Taje was amazing she made me feel comfortable and was holding conversations with me. Just like the alameda one, the facility was clean, the employees were welcoming, and I had a great experience! The person that helped me was Alisa, and she's wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, paid attention to my needs, is very charismatic, and finished everything quickly. She also gave me two referral cards that I'll give out to friends or family later. Earlier in the day, I called to check if there were any earlier time slots and even though there weren't any to fit me in earlier, Alexa was so kind and helpful over the phone. When arriving at my appointment, Alexa greeted me, checked me in & thanked me for coming to my appointment a couple minutes early. As I was waiting for my waxer, I was able to hear her on the phones as she handled customers. She shared with me that it was her first day being an Esthetician. I think she will be a wonderful asset to the team and congrats to her again! My wax experience with Sami was so great! She is personable and very relatable. She feels like a friend that I've had for years and I really love that with an esthetician, especially for an intimate area. I appreciate that she informed me about my hair cycle with shaving and waxing during the shelter in place and how long it would take for me hair to be on the same cycle, what to expect to see when she's all done, etc. She is a good listener and was able to help me with a lot of my concerns. What can I say. I had such a great experience at the lunch box. My waxologist was Aurora and she was fantastic. I heard about the lunch box from my sista since she had been going there for a while and she loves it. Now I have been waxing for a while, but with the holidays and traveling had to go somewhere else. They offer a first time guest special buy one get one. Which is an amazing deal. At first I thought I was going to miss out on the special since I live out of state. But Aurora still honored it for me which was amazing. I was even able to schedule my appointment 9 months out since that was a for sure time i knew I was going to be back. The Brazilian cost $62 which is very reasonable. They also use soft wax to perform the removal. I've never used soft wax before but found it a lot less painful than the hard wax. Ladies all I can say is that getting your lady bits waxed can be very intimidating, but the lunchbox and Aurora make the experience very easy and super comfortable. They tell you everything that they do and consistently check up on you during the process. If you are in the Dublin area, I HIGHLY recommend them. read more
