I've had Ada, jenni, and Jennifer wax me and each visit is painless and comfortable! The girls here are very professional and make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. So it was my first experience getting a Brazilian wax I was so nervous on how the experience was going to go so based on reviews and my availability I booked my appointment with Jessica! She was hands down AMAZING!!!!! She made every nervous part in my body go away and honestly it felt like I was just catching up with a friend! It was my first experience at "The Lunchbox" (such an awesome, edgy, out of the box (ha) company name) and I was totally impressed. I was greated by Kayla Friedrich (my waxologist) who gave me a kind welcome and brought me back to her room, her room was spotlessly clean. The entire clinic is designed with simple sophistication and modern flare. Kayla was really friendly and totally efficient with my waxing. I'd been seeing another esthetician for several years but it was time for a change. My wife found the Lunchbox on Yelp, they had excellent reviews and the service was exactly as we expected... I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, I love how they take care of me when I come in and they do the best eyebrows ever. Other places will color in your brows right after they wax them which makes it hard to see the quality of work or check for imperfections. They go by appointments but they do their best to fit you In if you happen to walk in which is much appreciated, I made the mistake of going somewhere else only because my mom wanted to try this place in Pleasanton, I was not pleased with my brows and drove straight to lunchbox and was taken care of. They were able to fit me in and fixed my brows, I left so much happier and loving my brows. read more

I have to admit, I was skeptical about going to a chain salon for a bikini wax, but I came away wondering why I hadn't tried this place before! My aesthetician, Jennifer, was very friendly, accommodating and fantastic at her job. I usually need to use a numbing spray, but no need with Jennifer! I had very little redness afterwards (of course, this all depends on one's own reaction to the waxing process). No little stray hairs, and she made an awkward process as relaxing as possible. I LOVE this place! Everyone is super nice and it's very clean and bright. It smells great too. I went to Ada for a quick brow wax and she was awesome! I decided to come back for a Brazilian and requested Ada again. I dreaded getting a Brazilian done because the last place I went to it was super painful. Ada has her technique down. The wax is soft, but Ada is the best! I think all the girls would be terrific, but WaxBox is definitely a go to now. Yay! read more

This review is based on customer service. I came in for a wax in my third trimester while I was pregnant with my son and my wax experience was good. They even had an offer for either buy one get one free or buy one get second half off, not sure exactly which one it was, and this was a plus. I had my son and as most mothers know have not had time to come back in for a wax for a while! #mommyduties My son is now a year and a half and I decided it's time for some me time, so I called in to make an appointment and the receptionist found me in the system and I asked about the offer and she said she wasn't sure if the system would let her put in the offer??? So I asked her to try, she said she could not honor the offer and I asked why since I was a customer and the offer was presented to me at the time of my service? She said the system would not let her because it has been too long??? I asked her if she could find out from the manager and call me back, she verified my phone number and i'm still waiting to hear back a week later... read more

Came here with my daughter who treated me for a brazilian wax. It wasn't as bad as I expected. It hurts but the pain doesn't last long. There we're a few spots that didn't come off , but it was because I had shaved a few days before. Allison was my esthetician, and she's really great, she's always asking how I'm feeling and chitchat a little to keep my attention away from the pain. I still have to go back in four weeks for free, (I think that's what they do for first time clients). I definitely recommend LunchBox Dublin. read more

So I talked to Radical Rockin Racheal on the phone, she answered all my questions and then some, I bought a groupon which means that I got to save money because I'm CHEAP!!!!! Sooooooooo.....I made an appointment for today, of course I got lost, first time I go anywhere that usually happens....this is located in a new shopping center, parking here is a real challenge...I let them know that I was coming,,,maybe I was going to be late, but I'm coming....Sooooooo...yes...I showed up late....then I forgot the groupon code, so I had to go back to my car... Prior to the waxing I had an amazing FREEEEEEEEEEE workout, so, I talked to Awesome Ashton on the phone. Once I arrived there was Racheal, Ashton, and Peter(I think he's the owner). This place is new, hip, coool...and very CLEAN...I like clean...let's get to THE PAIN OF IT ALL...this was my first and most likely last time getting waxed, why--IT REALLY HURTS!!!! I had to have RRR do some brakes when she was waxing me cause it hurts so much. This is really the first time I've paid someone to cause me pain so I can look better. The reason why I don't give them five stars is cause this really hurts, well, at least I know now what the waxing experience is all about...and yes...I tipped RRR for causing me pain and becoming less hairy..the afterwards is what's most important about waxing. WOW so many awesome reviews and I now see why! A Brazilian can be a little intimidating; you know it hurts, you know you will be in some vulnerable positions. I know I have done it many times. Well, this time was a new experience, and one worth sharing. Aside form the beautiful salon, clean and sleek, I was welcomed in the most warmest, genuine way by someone who happened to not even be the one doing my service. She even offered me a glass of water. The suite was so pretty with pink and gray touches of flowers and artwork, I almost forgot why I was there! The time passed quickly as Ada shared the benefits of a regular waxing routine and how to care for my skin in between treatments. I loved the soft wax. It really didn't hurt as much as others I have had. On the way out I couldn't resist to treat myself to one of their cheeky Ms. Box Bare Your Beauty T-shirt!
