The lady recommended I get a wax being that I only wanted to clean the area because I do have micro shading on my brows. When I walked out, I looked and there was still some hair that she did not clean up and missed. I didn't feel like going back because I was in a rush that day. For the price I paid I expected neat clean brows. I won't be going back.

i requested brow threading and a shampoo+blowout…read more The vibe inside was nice, lots of customers going in and out, so it was clearly a popular place, some rooms were a little bit rundown, but that's whatever everyone that I interacted with was friendly and the service was kind. If your face isn't hairy, and your hair is extremely tame and requires little to no maintenance then this just might work for you. not me. Even though I requested only eyebrow threading, I realized that I wanted to do sideburn threading as well, and she accommodated me with no issue. However, it was only when I left the salon and already halfway home when I realized she completely missed some huge patches on my cheeks, so it looked very strange. Unfortunately, neither me or the lady doing my threading realized this, even after I looked in the mirror and examined it closely, maybe the lighting in there just isn't good because it seemed obvious after I left, but inside it was really hard to tell that something was wrong. As for the shampoo and blowout, it wasn't outright terrible but for the price I would've expected something better than what I could've done myself, and I did not receive that. The blowout technique was some of the strangest I had ever seen. The person doing my hair was being pretty rough with my hair, it wasn't overly painful but the way they were doing it was definitely not healthy for my hair. Additionally, I asked them to take care of the frizz at the top of my head, and instead of taking care of it, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. That response was extremely strange, considering I was the same ethnicity as the staff and I assumed that they would have some experience with people of my hair texture. I guess I was wrong. When I get threading done, I expect a thorough job and when I get a blowout, I expect beautiful frizz free hair, and my experience fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. i won't be back.

She checked in a few times to ensure that I was good. Afterwards, she explained what she did and how to take care of skin moving forward until my next appointment. Came here for my very first bikini wax. I was overly ambitious and scheduled a Brazilian, but partway through, it was clear I was in a lot of pain. I even took ibuprofen an hour before my appointment! I'd say this definitely hurt more than my two tattoos (neck and wrist) but the pain doesn't last that long. I probably could have done the whole thing but decided to get a tight bikini wax after the first few strips came off :X I also didn't do enough research about bikini waxes prior to my visit. I should have worn a skirt or dress so I could just pull it up instead of having to take my pants completely off. Also, don't schedule an appointment right after your period because the area is more sensitive during that time. I had Ada who was very friendly and made me feel more comfortable by talking to me while waxing. The place was super clean. I'm glad I chose this place for my first wax. Supposedly it hurts less after the initial waxes so we'll see. They're having a BOGO deal right now so I'll be more prepared next time :) read more

Convenient. Fast. Clean. Professional. I've had waxing at multiple salons. This one tops the cake. First, I love the easy online scheduling. It lays it all out for you, length of appointment, esthetician, cost. Second, brand new, convenient, on my way home from work, great afterwork hours. Parking can be difficult because the shopping center gets crowded, but if you park by Nordstrom Rack, you'll find a spot. Third,the place is super clean, and professional. I've been going to Alisa for years, and she's hands down the best! If you're looking for a friendly, fast, and efficient waxer, she's the one to see. I highly recommend her Brazilian wax, especially if it's your first time--she walks you through the whole process, uses cold presses, and teaches you breathing techniques to help with the pain. Recently, I missed out on the "buy 5, get 2 free" promotion because I was out of town, but she still honored it, even though it had expired. That kind of customer care goes a long way! After receiving a voicemail from a manager in walnut creek about their DUBLIN Store that i have never met that implied some kind of stalking and uncomfortable activity. I played it to my girl friend who was just as appalled as I was. Apparently Judge, Jury, and Executioner had spoken. So MEN DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE LUNCHBOX WAX FACILITIES YOU ARE NOT WELCOME and whatever you do, DO NOT go to the Firehouse Subs next door for a quick lunch and pop into THIS ESTABLISHMENT you will be seen as a predator. Super friendly!!! Wonderful service. I love coming back to Lunchbox to have my legs done. My skin is never irritated when I leave, and it never dries out after a service has been done. They always make sure I'm satisfied with how my legs feel and never act put off or displease if I've asked them to touch up a spot. I was looking around for a new waxing spot because I didn't have the best experience with European Wax Center. That's when I found Radiant Waxing in Dublin. My first appointment, here I was greeted right away when I stepped through the doors. Very nice establishment. It's bright and organized and very clean. All the staff I've encountered are friendly. This has got to be the cleanest waxing salon I've ever seen. Rachel was A-mazing, super fast, she really makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation! I liked her so much I immediately made another appointment for 6-weeks out. I came with a friend who saw Ada, and she too had a good experience and also made another appointment. Made an appointment online (same day) for a Brazilian wax. I was a little nervous since it had been a while since my last one (at a different salon) and the last situation was less than pleasant. Ada was quick, gentle, and had a wonderful bedside manner. She put me right at ease from start to finish, and left me nice and smooth :) Great prices, and SUPER clean/relaxing salon. Came here for the first time a couple of months ago and I'm so glad I decided to check it out! Mariyah is great and best of all, super efficient - important for waxing! I wasn't sure how it would be since they use strips, the place I went to before used the hard wax. But, now, I'm convinced!
