Kristen Laurella was my PCM for about a month. I went to her with some health issues, fatigue,…read morejoint pain, headaches. She ordered some blood work so I went had the blood work done and results sent to her office. When I go back in to review them she says my testosterone is off the chart low-almost nonexistent. Told me I had a positive ANA and RNA. She also relayed that my white cell count is dangerously low. She referred me to a rheumatologist and said that I needed Biote testosterone pellets and that would make my symptoms go away. I believed her and paid the $450. That day and had the procedure done. Fast forward about 10 days, my joint pain is so bad I can't get out of bed, I can't catch my breath, headaches are worse. I go to my Rheumatologist who tells me that my testosterone was not low and she's shows me on my bloodwork that I'm in "normal range". Rheumatologist also told me that hormones are never ever recommended for auto immune disease-which clearly from the test results is what I have. That's what's making me so much worse and I'll have to wait months for it to get out of my system until I can feel a little better. I'm pretty angry Kristen Laurella lied to me about my test results to make money. I called Humana and reported her, they're doing an investigation on her and this practice. Don't go here, they're not honest or trustworthy.

We actually moved out of the Melbourne area to Orlando, yet we make the drive to still continue to have Surfside pediatrics care for our children if they ever need it, and for yearly physicals etc. I highly recommend! As far as the COVID-19 protocol at this center, it is absolutely on par with what I wish every business would do, medical or not. They have sanitizer sitting out for all the patients and guests or visitors, they are requiring masks, and they require social distancing as well

I went to this location as I had been there before and was happy with my experience. Unfortunately…read moreownership has changed and it's not the same. My initial visit with my evaluation was good. I informed the therapist what my issues are with my posture and curvature of my spine. My sessions with my original therapist went well. On my session with the therapist/owner I let him know I was experiencing pain in my left knee . The exercises he had me do increased pain to where I had to use a cane to walk. I haven't used a cane since my right knee replacement several years ago. On my next visit with my original therapist I told her about the pain and she worked on that. After a few more sessions with her working on my leg discomfort I was feeling better. I informed another therapist on my last visit I still had a little discomfort in my leg. The therapist had me doing exercises that stressed my leg again. Today was supposed to be my last visit so I called before to make sure I had my original therapist. Today another therapist I've never had was going to see me today. I feel worse now than before. I didn't have any symptoms in my legs and now I do.
