Ok, so if you are looking for a Happy Hour...this bar will keep you happy! Happy Hour every day until 7! $1 off most draft beers, which are already reasonably priced. Great selection of scotch, whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, and beer!! Inside is industrial but warm. Garage doors open up onto an expansive patio. Staff is efficient, helpful, friendly, attentive and expedient. The cocktails also seemed well made. Give it a try and you should be pleased...that is if you ate out to have a good time enjoying yourself.

I absolutely loved the Radio Bar. It was perfect for a chill date night. The drinks were delicious and contained the perfect amount of each ingredient (Tequila Sunrise). The staff made sure to stop by our table several times which was located in the main area of the bar. We were able to order additional drinks without leaving our table which was great. I can't wait to visit again for good drinks and vibes.

The drink was nice and the atmosphere there was really good! I enjoyed the string lights and the lights come from the bar area. There's an outdoor patio where I saw ppl grabbing drinks with their friends. Also heard that there would be open mic on Thursday.

The Radio Bar is such a gem in MidCity. It a hipster, hole-in-the-wall type of vibe. This is one of those bars that is loved by the locals and a lucky stop for tourists. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced (meaning you can have 2-3 without a ridiculous check). The imported beer selection is expansive with beers from all around the country. Not to mention the bartenders are super knowledgeable and helpful. Although the bar does sell food there are plenty of options next door or within walking distance. The Radio Bar allows outside food and even furry friends!! The cleanliness, atmosphere, and crowd all make this place the best date night, girls night, or night out with friends away from the college kids spot!

Be sure to wear your BEST hipster attire! It is like a goddamn hipster fashion show in this place, but I enjoyed the people watching. I am very intrigued by this hipster bar culture. It just completely fascinates me! Drinks were good and I love a patio! Especially with things to do such as table tennis. Really cool place and cool vibe. I'll come again, but maybe put more energy in picking out my outfit next time!

Was not expecting it to be as packed as it was at 9pm. Usually the crowds arrive 10 or later. This place was so much fun! A wide variety of people were there young and older. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My group sat outside and watched other people play some games. The staff came by very often to make sure we were ok and helped us pick a few drinks. They really knew their menus and the drinks were delicious! We loved this place!

Best drinks. Best crowd. Best dj.

Great atmosphere, too bad I quit drinking a few months ago. There was a dj the night we went so the walls were shaking.

Came here a while back for a friends birthday day party and was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a smaller bar with a pretentious crowd and weak drinks. I WAS WRONG to assume any of that. The bar opens up to an expanded patio (with a corner bar) and adequate seating through out. The bartenders are as attentive as they can be (the crowd was pretty large) and the selection of brews and spirits are extensive. These bartenders make some great tasting drinks. The DJ was on point with a nice eclectic variety of music (aiding to the laid back hipster atmosphere). It was a comfortable and inviting feel and made a great impression. Great mid-city hangout.

    On a Tuesday night.

We always enjoy a few rounds of shuffleboard while we are there and they also have ping pong and darts outside.

Once in the restaurant, we went to the bar and got their amazing Golden Gatsby cocktail. It was sweet and fruity and had a nice kick to it. The bartender made great drinks our entire visit. I also got an old fashioned which was great. We ordered the beef wellingtons minis and the duck confit tacos which were very yummy. There were not a lot of people there at all. It was us and another couple. We did not have any long wait times at all which was one of the reasons I chose an earlier reservation time not a time later in the afternoon. The ambiance was perfect for date night and the vibe was very intimate. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic evening with their significant other!

I had a very upsetting experience at Mother's Lounge during pub quiz night…read more I am autistic. I arrived late, did not have a team, and was standing alone in the corner trying to be unobtrusive. There was a small stage with a folding table where the quiz host was asking questions. Between questions, music would play while people wrote down answers, and I was singing along quietly. Staff told me to move away from the stage, and I did. Then they told me I was not allowed to sing along with the songs between questions and called it disruptive. The situation escalated from there. When I became visibly upset, they threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately. I said I needed five minutes to gather myself and my belongings. They refused and told me I had to leave right then or they would call the cops. That is when I raised my voice. I understand venues have rules. But there is a big difference between enforcing rules and escalating an overwhelmed disabled customer who is trying to comply. This was humiliating and frightening, and I hope ownership takes disability awareness and de-escalation seriously.
