One of the front desk receptionist staff is very rude. Everybody has bad days but this was my second experience with the same girl. Why be front line staff if you're gonna be rude? Then she starts speaking in Spanish...well guess what I can speak it too. The cursing out I wanted to give her wasn't worth my time or the hundreds I would've paid for an MRI. So nope my money they didn't get. And never seeing her again would be too soon. I don't pay to be treated like this. Take your money elsewhere. Anywhere that's rated 2.5 stars... And the receptionist is the problem! The owner needs to replace her or they will continue to bleed out money. All these reviews about the same girl aren't lying. read more

Very incompetents. I went to this place referred by my orthopedic surgeon. My prescription included different studies and they missed one. Of course I had no way to realize, I was just handed a CD. When my doctor accessed the information a study was missing. I called days later to find a solution and the calls are answered in a call center, the ladies that answer the calls simply hang up on me in the middle of the conversation, probably because they didn't feel like dealing with a case in which they had to do a minimal investigation. read more

Dirty and unprofessional. The MRI table had someones hair and a plastic injection sheathe on it, wasnt cleaned between patients, and the technician did not explain the procedure to my 14yr old child after producing a syringe with fluid for the contrast. I did not see him open anything or know what he might have put in the syringe. He was upset after we refused the contrast dye. All might have been avoidable if he had bothered to explain the process. A waste of a $150 co-pay. read more

Very very unprofessional, I got there at 1:15 and my appointment was at 1:30, waited for 1hr then I asked the girl at the front desk are they moving forward or what's going on, she said the MRI has to be reset, OK 15min later she said it was fixed, now it's 3:00 pm the other girl said it was broken, I said to her, she said it was fixed, now it broken, why didn't you people tell me so I wouldn't be here for 2 1/2 hrs doing nothing, I left there at 3:45 nothing got resolved. Don't go there I wouldn't even give them 1star go to Hollywood diagnostics. read more

I was scheduled for a Thursday appointment. They called me to change it because the technician does not work on Thursdays (they didn't know?). We rescheduled for Friday. They cancelled because the machine is not working. They gave me an appointment for Monday. They are "sure" the machine will be working by then. read more

Just waited on the phone for 10 minutes to make an appointment for an MRI. I asked the person on the phone that was setting the appointment (Maria) if the wait was normally this long. Her response to my question was one of impatience, defensiveness, rudeness! I then asked her why she was being so rude and she hung up the phone on me! I absolutely would not recommend Radiology Consultants to anyone I care about! Boy how times have changed, people are just not nice anymore, even people that need your money/business! read more

Originally had my appointment at the Pembroke Pines location but the mammogram machine was not working and they sent me to this location. First of all the receptionist was very rude when you first go in. If you have not been there I did not know you need to sign in so I stood in line with my paperwork and when I got to her she said "did you sign in". I said no and she said you need to sign in, there are other people ahead of you, very rudely. Waited and waited and finally after she checked the paperwork went in to the mammogram room. Now there is a tech there busy with someone and when she comes out she says didn't you read the signs, you need to take off your tops and put on the gown. Well never had this experience in the Pembroke Pines office but they need to step up their customer service attitude!!!! read more

This is a great place to bring abuella or your tito, they will feel right at home. ALL the staff converses in Spanish and a few will even attempt English if absolutely necessary. I'm not sure why no Americans are on staff. Like zero. A clear violation of fair hiring and non-discrimination laws. read more

Valamir Grnja and Mark V. Grnja are the individuals responsible for the poor care given to patients at their facility near Young's Circle in Hollywood. I arrived early, feeling awful and needing an x-Ray of a very painful leg. The snippy girl at the desk said, "You don't have your referral just a prescription and that's not good enough." I have been to many radiology consultants before and sometimes the GR's staff don't get the referral to them, but it's never a problem. The medical assistant just pops on the phone and it's faxed ASAP; not here. Rude, rude, rude and not a bit helpful. They also overbook. Watch out for this slippery operation. I think I am in the mood to file a complaint. read more

Stay away! Service is great but billing is a nightmare. I was overcharged and tried to solve the issue over the phone. The customer service phones are useless since nobody picks up the phone. The billing department manager Toni Lynn was very rude, unprofessional and even arrogant. No explanation as of why I was overcharged and can't solve the issue over the phone, no apologies either. She doesn't even listen to you. Go somewhere else and read the reviews. They tell you a lot! read more

After two hours of waiting, I was told my appointment (which I had called to confirm the day before) was four hours later- which, I am sure, I could have been told when I showed up. They also booked me at the wrong location, despite me calling to confirm and requesting originally to go to the Hollywood location. Never go here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mom had her mammogram, ultrasound, spot compression, and MRI here and what a nightmare! The results were all over the place, here doctor didn't understand the results, they had requested an ultrasound of the left breast and the results stated right. Not only that but her Pcp had also ordered a biopsy and the ultrasound tech said that would not be necessary even though her DOCTOR requested it. My mom's doctor called and complained and asked for understandable results and that was not given. Also when I went in with her for her ultrasound the technician was so fast that she had selected the wrong patient on the computer not my mother. I was the one who corrected the tech. Terrible place save yourself the time, hassle, and anxiety. read more

This is my 2nd time going there and the final time I did a ct scan for my left ear and my chest was hurting alot. I called the man like twice mister sir he didn't come out at we just called even the receptionist was saying it wasn't their fault and I still have my chest pain I just wanted to know why because I went to Radiology Center without chest pain I wanted to know why I came out with the chest and they don't respond back they're saying it wasn't their fault they're not responsible for you so I won't go back read more

The service was horrible, all the way from the front desk to the technician who did my x-ray. The women in the front desk were reclined with their feet up. The x-ray technician spoke English that was so broken I could not understand her. After registration they made me wait in a waiting room "through the double doors", and as I was sitting there I heard a woman YELLING OUT my name from inside a room (I later discovered it was the x-ray room). I had to yell back, and only then she appeared, indicating that I needed to go inside the room from where she had originally yelled out my name. Then she proceeded to give me chart to sign in case there was a chance that I could be pregnant or having my period. When I said that there was no chance, she asked in broken English if I was going through menopause, and when I said yes, she proceeded to express her un-required opinion. Totally unprofessional and out of place. Then she did my x-ray, yelling instructions (again, yelling) in a language that I barely understood (her English left much to be desired). I don't understand who does the hiring in this place, and why don't they hire people who speak at least basic English. Then I went into the bathroom to change, and there was no lock in the door. The place is not well kept, it is old and crumbing, and does not feel like a medical facility. Not to mention that the parking sucks!! It does feel like nobody cares or checks the quality of the building and the service. I am never going back. read more

The office staff was pleasant and helpful and when the MRI was done, Joel was very patient with my wife. I was allowed to be with her while the scan was done which helped calm a nervous situation. We don't understand why there are bad reviews, we only know that it was a good experience for us. All I can think is that some situations could be stressful for some people and that makes it difficult fro everyone. We were calm with the staff and they were helpful with us. read more

After reading these reviews I was a little skeptical to go to this center but I took a chance and I have to admit my expierience there was wonderful from begining to end scheduling my appointment was a breeze the person I spoke to was very informative and explained the process to me in detail. Also I was greeted in a very friendly matter when I arrived to the center valet was pleasant front desk was very courteous and efficient. The tech was informative and friendly, I left with a cd and my doctors received my results without a hitch. Personally my experience was amazing I will definetley recommend this place and will be having all my future radiology appoitments at this facility. read more

Schedule anything you need with another company. This facility should be out of business. Waited over an hour to be told they would have to reschedule my appointment because they overbooked. As they continued taking more patients hoping they can wait hours and hours. Staff is all fat and lazy other than a unprofessional teen wearing joggers and a tank top. This is the worst place ever. I do not recommend Radiology Consultants to anyone. The customer service sucks really bad. I have never in my life seen a place where they do not want to get paid for service. I had a CAT scan done back in November here we are approaching January and they still have not taken the time out to bill my insurance company. I have spoke with two individuals in the billing department and still keep getting the same response that they are gone to submit the claim in which they have not. Very poor customer service. They book 6pm appointments only to call and claim there has been a "cancellation" for an earlier time. The real story is the receptionist does not want to remain open late. I recently drove an hour for a 6PM appointment only to be greeted by the cleaning crew. They closed early! No attempt was made to contact me regarding the early closure. I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. DO NOT waste your time and gas money. read more
