After waiting and hearing nothing, I finally called myself and learned the results had apparently never been sent to my doctor. Patients should not have to chase down imaging results and wonder whether their results were reviewed or communicated. This isn't just an inconvenience, it's a patient care issue. People get imagining done because they are trying to rule out or evaluate potentially serious conditions. If someone simply assumed their doctor had received the report and didn't follow up, important findings could be delayed. Definitely find another center if you care about your health.

Parking was easy and going inside has directions for the office. Once inside you are greeted very quickly and if you have pre-filled out your information then all the front office needs are your ID, Doctor's Order and insurance. The waiting area is comfortable and once your docs are returned you wait for your appointment. I was called up on time, there is a changing room and bathroom and the technician with have you identify yourself (Hian sp) and then the test is done very quickly and efficiently. I had my written results by the afternoon and my PCP's comments the next day (weird that patients get the results before the doctor butt it's the law). A very satisfactory visit. I will return Tuesday to have my disk of results.

Upon arrival, however, the receptionist contacted someone and then informed me that the facility does not accept pediatric patients and does not work with RadiologyAssist. When I asked how the appointment had been accepted by then, I was given an unclear explanation--that the reservation had been made without any patient information? This response was both confusing and concerning. It is highly problematic that appointments can be confirmed without verifying basic patient details. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and added stress. Furthermore, the staff member's conduct was unprofessional; no apology was offered, nor was any effort made to provide guidance or an alternative solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing healthcare experience.

Here's my first review 4 months…read moreago and someone from their billing dept. spoke with me and my insurance confirming they had an error in their billing system and they are at fault and would contact the collection agency. However, they lied yet again and I received a notice from a debt collector. When I try to call their office their generic billing dept. tells me they are working on my case, but I have no clue what that means and if that were the case they would not have sent my info to a collection agency. DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW PROPER BILLING PRACTICES. They will submit claims a year later and send you to collections. My insurance company spoke with them and they confirm the claim is not valid since they submitted it late and the collections bill is also not valid and they will update the file, but yet still after 6+ months nothing has changed and I have to call every few weeks and cannot reach the "back office" or supervisor directly to address the issues. I am always told a message will be sent to handle the issue, but nothing ever gets resolved. In the meantime I am being harassed by a collection agency on a daily basis. Don't go here as their "back office" doesn't do their job. Waiting to hear back from a supervisor, but I've requested this before with no response.

I did not do my pre paperwork but they had new iPads for me to use to fill out my questionnaire. I came early for my appointment by 30 minutes and they were able to work me right in. After filling out my paperwork I think I waited only 5 minutes. After being called back I was so happy to see this lab had Siemens Healthineers machine for my CT scan!!! Quality equipment! My technician talked me through what angle to hold my body at and then she left the room and the machine ran its scans. Quick and easy under minutes! If I have to get more imaging done I'm definitely scheduling here!

What followed was deeply concerning. After the MRI was completed, I was told I needed to immediately pay a few hundred dollars based on a bill in the several-thousand-dollar range, before the claim had been processed by my insurer. My deductible has been met, and I am responsible only for a percentage of the contracted rate. When I asked whether the charge had been run through insurance or requested clarification, the interaction escalated. A senior staff member became confrontational, insisted I "should have paid before the MRI," repeatedly demanded my credit card, and attempted to pressure me into paying an unverified amount on the spot. When I declined and asked that the claim simply be submitted to insurance -- which is standard practice -- the response was intimidating rather than professional. For context, in Fairfax County the typical rate for a freestanding, non-contrast shoulder MRI is far lower than the amount quoted. Presenting inflated gross charges and pressuring patients to pay estimates before insurance adjudication is unacceptable. What concerns me most is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Other patients have reported overcharging, lack of upfront disclosure about billing classification, pressure to pay estimates in advance, and prolonged delays in refunds after insurers determined little or nothing was owed. I am perfectly willing to pay what I legitimately owe after insurance review. What I object to is opaque pricing, aggressive collection tactics at the front desk, and intimidation when patients ask reasonable questions. Patients deserve transparency and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, this location demonstrates a pattern that falls well short of that standard.

While, mammograms are a very nerve -wrecking and uncomfortable experience, I know I'm in good hands when I come here. I never wait more than 15 minutes to be seen and the waiting room is very comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming. The two ladies at the front are always very professional. Before your mammogram. They have someone who comes out to welcome you and take you to the back with instructions on how to disrobe. I was welcomed by a friendly African American woman ! Then, in the waiting room, there are goodies including mints and lip gloss . I always take several of them for keepsakes lol Goldie was my tech and she made me very comfortable. Today, I think she knew how scared and panicked I was. But, we got them photos done. Melissa did my ultrasound again this visit and she is very nice and listened to my concerns. I'll be back in 6 months for another mammogram and I'm confident my experience will be great.

Four days later I had emergency surgery due to his absolute incompetence and lack of follow up. This was reported and I was gaslit by the director who of course covered for him.
