After waiting and hearing nothing, I finally called myself and learned the results had apparently never been sent to my doctor. Patients should not have to chase down imaging results and wonder whether their results were reviewed or communicated. This isn't just an inconvenience, it's a patient care issue. People get imagining done because they are trying to rule out or evaluate potentially serious conditions. If someone simply assumed their doctor had received the report and didn't follow up, important findings could be delayed. Definitely find another center if you care about your health.

I have been using FRC in multiple locations but for this DEXA exam it was a new location I had not…read morevisited before....close to another imaging center but this exam is specialized. Parking was easy and going inside has directions for the office. Once inside you are greeted very quickly and if you have pre-filled out your information then all the front office needs are your ID, Doctor's Order and insurance. The waiting area is comfortable and once your docs are returned you wait for your appointment. I was called up on time, there is a changing room and bathroom and the technician with have you identify yourself (Hian sp) and then the test is done very quickly and efficiently. I had my written results by the afternoon and my PCP's comments the next day (weird that patients get the results before the doctor butt it's the law). A very satisfactory visit. I will return Tuesday to have my disk of results.

Melissa at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient during check-in. She immediately put me at ease with her warm and compassionate demeanor, which made a big difference. I also want to sincerely thank Faye, the sonographer. She went above and beyond by taking the time to fit me into the schedule and, after speaking with the radiologist, she reassured me about my results. Her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to take those extra few minutes to ease my anxiety meant more than she probably realizes. It's rare to find healthcare professionals who combine exceptional clinical care with such genuine kindness. Melissa and Faye are tremendous assets to Washington Radiology, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided.

A doctor has the privilege to care for people who are sick, scared, and often both. Perhaps he can take this feedback as a chance for self-reflection, and if not then he might consider another field with even less patient contact than he already has. At least this would open the way for someone who hasn't lost sight of what a privilege it is to be a comforting presence to a frightened patient.

I will tell you that the person who scheduled me gave me completely backwards instructions to follow (chug 32ozs water, hold bladder, no eating or any other fluids - I was told by the tech who brought me back that that was not correct.) And although I had scheduled appointments and arrived on time for both, I was taken back 35 minutes late at my first and almost an hour late at my second. The technician I saw at my first appointment wasn't rude but wasn't friendly, she just seemed indifferent; the technician at my second appointment was very pleasant and friendly. But the front desk staff at both appointments were rude from start to finish. Not to mention, the waiting room is filthy. It seems the Sterling location is fantastic so if needed, I may go to that one in the future.

The staff at the desk is friendly and walks you through their iPad checkin. Staff doing the tests are also very patient. I didn't have to wait that long even though I was walk in. Lobby is spacious. Dressing rooms are clean with laundered gowns and safe areas especially since it's a coed dressing area.

It felt like every time I went, I was requested to complete tests that seemed irrelevant just so he could charge me money. This is a terrible practice with high turnover rate it seems. I would never trust Dr. Ayoub as my primary gynecologist and am happy to have switched. I got a colposcopy at this office and still question if it was legitimately needed, or they wanted to do the procedure so they could charge me for it. Always questioned the doctor's motives, whether he was giving legitimate medical advice or wanted to charge me the most money possible. I went to this practice a few times and the bills I received were absurd. Happy to be out. I would never recommended someone to this practice.
