This hobby shop leans more to scale crawlers and truck enthusiasts They also had a lot of lexan bodies ,paint, tools ,spare parts and everything you could pretty much look for in the hobby. There was probably 2 or 3 sales associates all with Customers every time I pass one they greeted me and asked if I needed any help they let me know they would be with me in a moment. A very friendly environment I felt welcome in this hobby shop Even though it was my 1st time there. When we brought it to the counter to ask about it, we were told it was a 'factory seal error' and that the extra pack was supposedly worth $800, even though we had just paid $114 for the box. It felt misleading and raised a lot of red flags. We were able to get a refund, but the situation was awkward and poorly handled. The store itself was disorganized, and when we walked in, a group of people just sat around staring like it was strange anyone came in. Overall, it felt unprofessional and like false advertising. Would not recommend.

There prices are a bit high but they have a kinds of styles and size and even sale the piece to the merchandise separately so if you just need to fix your toy they also sale that, also they repair the remote control cars, helicopters and boats. Good selection, nice costumer service but located in a hidden area and kind of hard to spot on less you go in to the plaza and visit another place there or you are driving by.

If you need a propeller for an RC plane and this shop doesn't have one it must not be made. But, I was hoping they'd have plastic models, which they do, but it looked like the usual stuff you see at a Hobbytown or Hobby Lobby so that was disappointing. Good selection of parts, wood and paint and building supplies. Looked like the staff was taking care of customers pretty well.

Today, we visited because Tim needed a very specific green paint. After looking for awhile, I found it and it was a good price. The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. We left satisfied and we always come back!

Rob's has trains, HO, N scale and a lot of items for your layout. I highly recommend the trip to Rob's you won't be sorry you did I feel.
