Gamestop turned holliday shopping out! In line I was given a number and asked what I needed, the kind young lady then told me my items would be waiting at the couter for me. Upon arriving at the counter Kevin (who full on inspired me with his amazing attitude and customer service) pulled a Jordan on me and let me know that, if I wanted, I could get the same system with a $40 game preinstalled! It was amazing. I was in and out of a packed store in ten minutes.

We purchased two Parker House "Parker Living" genuine leather chairs, and one arrived with puckering leather on the arm. Despite repeated requests, Mr. Brager refused to send anyone to inspect the chair, replace it, or offer a refund. His communication was combative and unprofessional throughout the process. Only after several days of continuous emails and filing a dispute with our credit card company were we able to secure a full refund. I also reached out to the furniture manufacturer, and they confirmed that it is not the quality that should be expected. Be aware that this company is not customer-friendly. Their approach seems to be to wear customers down and keep as much of your money as possible. Mr. Brager even stated that used floor models are the "barometer" for new furniture quality--meaning if you see flaws in a used floor model, you should expect the same flaws in your brand new purchase. We would never do business here again, which is unfortunate since we were long-term customers purchasing more than 6 high-end televisions and a leather Palliser sofa before this experience. Found this same brand/color chair at Homegoods for $399.99 without any damage, which is more than $100 less based on their "sale" price plus delivery! (I still am not happy that we weren't given a pay your age voucher for that marketing debacle because your company didn't have to deal with the crying, disappointed little girls for hours that day.) Miss Mo at White Marsh Mall should be commended for her excellent customer service with every family that we saw her interact with. She spoke Spanish with the little girl ahead of us, and when it was our turn she was equally attentive. She juggles each family at different stations, but you don't realize you are moving through the system. Miss Mo really made the bears coming to life a magical experience for the girls. They had never done this before, and Miss Mo had Lilly and Brie mesmerized, and Grandma with tears in my eyes watching their excitement. They followed her every direction to put the love into that little heart, and treasure their new Friends. I highly recommend Mo for your Build-A-Bear experience. Lilly and Brie will always remember the day they made their bears and put the heart full of love into their new friends with Mommy and Grandma. I had an issue with one of my items that I had purchased through the online zale's store but it was…read morecancelled accidentally and I was really upset because I found the item at a great price so what I did was called into customer service and the lady directed my call to an actual Zale's location and I believe this may be the spot because of the description that the woman gave me after she helped me resolve my problem. I want to personally thank the kind young woman, I think her name is Candy? - oh well it doesn't matter whether she sees this or not but I told her I would write up a review for her because she not only provided a solution to the problem - she also went through the trouble of gift wrapping the special present that was meant for my partner. I know that it probably won't get here in time but it's the fact that she went out of her way and above and beyond in a retail setting which is very difficult to find these days. She was not only friendly and polite, but she also made it very comfortable for me to wait because she was a great communicator as well. I think she knows how important the gift was going to be and I imagine that I would probably do the same for someone else if I was in her shoes and everyone was getting ready for Christmas. I was pretty excited to use my birthday code. I called a little after they opened to place an order…read morefor my dipped fruit. The gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly. I asked when I could pick it up and I was told at 10:30a.m. I showed up maybe five minutes late. A lady came out and greeted me. I told her I was there for pick up. She went in the back and returned with my box of dipped fruit. I was still excited. I couldn't wait to arrive home to indulge. I opened the box and I just wasn't impressed. It appeared to be a rush job. It wasn't pretty like I'm used to seeing them. Here is where the real disappointment set in. I tasted one of each covered apple, banana and strawberry. The fruit did not taste fresh at all. The banana was mushy. The strawberry was not sweet or ripe. The apple had brown spots in it. I didn't want to complain because it was a gift but, if I had to compare today's product versus returning to support this business it would have to be a no for me. I really was looking for this experience to be great. Really not even sure how I want to feel about this experience. I am still thankful for the gift.

I had a $5 off coupon for my birthday coming up and even though the computer for some reason wasn't taking the discount, she was willing to accept it anyway. With the discount put in it was only $1.05. She was so kind to do that for me even though she computer wasn't allowing it. Best part of all was the smoothie tasted fantastic! I will definitely come here again if I ever need anything.
