From the consult appointment of KC to installation, we are pleased with the excellent customer service. Initially, KC made a visit to consult on our needs. No charge for home visit! He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.

Google and eBay had the price at around $8-$10 with free shipping. While I should have returned it to the store, I figured learned my lesson and never trust this store again. NEVER!!!!! He offered me at least $50 less for it because of this. In addition, they rejected another one of my items because they "couldn't get it to charge". Needless to say I did not sell my items to them. I got home popped a Verizon SIM card in my iPhone and LO AND BEHOLD the phone works. I also plugged the other item in and LO AND BEHOLD it charged right up and held its charge. Basically they wasted an hour of my life and lost business. I do hope the guy who told me my iPhone was locked just made an honest mistake BUT he would have some money to gain if he had convinced me to sell it to him at the lower locked price then turned around and sold it as an unlocked. My suggestion to you would be to make sure you go on the CEX website and get your own quote for the items you are thinking of bringing in. Secondly, try and be in the store when the manager Alissa is working because she actually knows what she's doing. Several of the employees there are unprofessional, slightly rude, and don't know how to do their job correctly.

I have been here twice in the past couple of years for repair work. Once, I lost files on my…read morecomputer but I knew they were stored somewhere on a portable USB drive. While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). Again, great work!
