I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT DO NOT!!!

Stopped by the local Harley dealership and they quickly referred me to this place and once I arrived I see why. Upon arriving and letting the technician know my issue fully expecting them to say they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my bike they instead said no problem let's take a look! The guys were incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted (something extra loud of course) and hooked me up right then and there! If this were in Indianapolis we would have had to wait for weeks just to get an appointment to LOOK at the speakers! Now after a couple of installs on my Cars (Mercedes Benzs') and my partners and friends cars, he never stops giving the best advice and work in the area. His knowledge his top of the class. You dont have to own a Mercedes to get a quality install, he treats all his customers with the exact same respect and understanding. His product mix is chosen by him and not the companies that bang on everyone else's doors. He only deals with companies that support the equipment that he features. The best part of his business mantra is if you need it installed it doesn't matter if you bought it from him or not. You will get the same attention to detail. He doesn't just shove it out the door, he takes time and tunes it for the best quality. One of the best part about his shop is he does custom work, wheels, kits, starters , alarms and video what ever you need to make your ride yours. I have been in the sound business almost my entire life. My father and his partner designed the O.G. sound system for SPAC, The Rafters, Sneaky Pete's and even Studio 54. I personally was the first IASCA Head Judge in upstate New York back in the early 90's. I know my stuff and so does Jesse. (This was not true as the sound of the Sirius is great via FM broadcast.) . They then angrily walked away in a cloud of smoke and returned to kind of suggest they might be able to install it. Not a professional spot, and their attitude was so disturbing we never went through the install. Really wanted satellite, but not that bad.

Upon arrival ( I was the first customer there) I was told it would be 2 to 4 hours. I didn't have anyone available to pick me up so I waited for the car to be done. Two other customers arrived after me and had their cars back before mine was complete. Both had problems with the installation and were back within minutes for the issues to be corrected. The guys seem more concerned with joking around in the shop then actually completing the remote starter installation. Other places might be more expensive, but this kind of mistreatment is not worth the bit it saves. It's been over 4 hours and I'm still waiting for my car. No idea if it will work the first time.
