Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. It surpassed my expectations. I chose the king suite and enjoyed the extra room for a few dollars more than a standard. Not sure when the room and hallway were renovated, but it must have been recently. The bed was super comfy, the room was immaculate and quiet, and I had a great view of the wonderful holiday decorations that light up John Deere Commons this time of year. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, especially Kristy, who directed me to several things, including the retro neighborhood liquor store so I could buy a "getting in" gift for Christmas Eve dinner. In the time of Covid, I appreciated that they enforced face mask use in the common areas. Didn't expect much from the complimentary breakfast bar due to pandemic restrictions, but lucked out... they had the Activia I eat for breakfast every day! The breakfast bar and dining area were very clean, and there was fresh coffee 24 hours a day. Can't imagine staying anyplace else when I visit the Quad Cities again. read more

Nice enough hotel in Moline. Conveniently located, only an 8 minute drive from the Moline Airport and across the water from Rock Island Arsenal. It's also next door to the Tax Slayer Center so a perfect place to stay if you are attending an event!! Bass Street Chop House is attached to the hotel, a wonderful restaurant! Also in walking distance are several restaurants and bars so you don't have to go far for what you need. Davenport is also just a short drive. They have morning breakfast: bagels, yogurts, coffee, yogurt, and hot foods such as breakfast burritos. Again, convenient! Definitely worth a look when staying in the area!!! read more

Stayed here with my wife, two kids and my in-laws. It looks nice but it has several bad qualities. You can hear the music from across the street and down the block. That should never happen. You make us sign a quite waiver, but my kids can't go to sleep because of the music not even at the hotel. Who puts wallpaper is the bathroom? It is the worst idea ever. The fruit in the lobby looked like it had been there for weeks. Finally everyone else we r with has a sleep number bed, except us. When we called down, they said they would send someone up to show us where the control are, then 20 minutes later the front desk called up and said ours was the only room in the hotel that does not have them because they are getting rid of them. That is just bad service. So upon more research, they were sleep number beds, the cheap hotel just did not want to pay for the inflation deflation unit. That is sad. Now you are cheap and a liar. Plus the one bed had a stain that could only be feces on the side of the bed. Gross, this will be my last time staying here and my last time coming to Moline. read more

This hotel continues to impress me, year after year. I've been staying here since 2004 and it's still my preferred hotel in the Quad Cities. This stay was for just one night as we were in town for a wedding. The hotel was newly remodeled and the new decor was really nice. It had a luxurious modern feel to the rooms. We love the suites so we can put the kids in one spot and us in the other, all without needing to book another room. They've added a quiet time ordinance that you sign at checkin. I appreciated this since hotels can often have noisy guests. The breakfast area has lots of seating and various types too (booth, high tops, normal tables). The breakfast area was really busy since it turned out Disney on Ice was right next door. The breakfast employees kept up well and things were always stocked. The pool was nice and warm which seems hard to find at hotels. Very much appreciated to keep the kids interested in swimming. The only complaints I've ever had about this hotel is the parking situation. Due to being in downtown Moline, right where lots of things happen, the lot fills up quickly and the walk can be a bit far from the back of the shared lot. We'll continue to stay here any time we're in the area. read more

Second time staying here, different styled rooms. This time we got the room with one kind bed, separated from the bathroom and living room. All the amenities you would expect, plus a separate TV for the living room and bedroom, along with a adjustable firmness bed. There pool area is great. A standard hot tub which felt amazing, and the pool was surprisingly warm. A small gym, but about the same size as other hotels. And the hours are long I feel like, so there's plenty of time to use it. The really only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast. I've eaten at smaller hotels that had a better breakfast. Their eggs are nearly tasteless without salt, pepper or ketchup, two days in a row they had sausage patties and not bacon (COME ON) and the cup size they offer for orange juice and cranberry juice (not apple juice?) was insulting. It was basically a shot glass. But there is a Friday's attached to the hotel! In my opinion, they're the best, mid-tier family restaurant chain in the US. You can get a better breakfast there. But, I still wouldn't take a star. If I could, I would rate it 4.5, but I can't, so I'm round up to 5. If I came to the Quad cities again, I'd stay here for a third time. read more

A lovely place. Truly lovely. From check-in to check-out, everything was just right. First, the only thing that truly matters to me in a hotel is the bed. Basically because I know what people do in hotel beds. Yes, you have done it too, stop playing dumb. Anywho, they have Sleep Number beds. Yes, the real deal. And they are marvelous. Just marvelous darling...and the bedding is superb as well. All white 5 star quality Egyptian cotton and stark white. Perfectly white. Perfect. Amenities abound: clean pool, hot tub (I never get in hot tubs anywhere but they still look cool), continental breakfast with DIY waffle irons that make perfect waffles, outdoor patio seating, TGIFridays restaurant attached. This is not what I expect from Moline but it was pretty amazing. One last note: the operations manager/concierge (not an official title, just my own given one) was just the best. His name is Skip (cool name right?) and he was super kind to my co-workers and I. There are some people that are born to be in hospitality and he is one. Just a real genuine guy and knows everything about the area. A real business class hotel. I could not expect or have gotten any more from this hotel! read more

This is now a Wyndham hotel's property. Check in and check out was easy. The people were very friendly. Anna at checkin was great. She gave us all of the pertinent information. She gave us some ideas about what to visit in town. The construction is solid, and you can't hear anything else that is going on in the hotel. However, you can hear the trains coming through at night. The trains have to blow their horn at night. If you look at the town, you can understand why. Safety first. The workout room is dismal. The breakfast is not very good. The only real hot item is the waffle maker. The waffles are good. There is a refrigerator with biscuit sandwiches that you can warm up. Not the best. It was probably much better pre-covid. We need hotels and motels to stop using covid as an excuse to reduce their fare. My opinion, and it doesn't have to be yours. I'm rounding up from a 3.5 just because the people were great. Very helpful. read more

This hotel is just fine, but no more than that. The staff is mostly responsive and kind (with one exception, but even she is just a little defensive and not terrible...) Rooms are very standard hotel rooms-the sleep number beds that you find in Radissons are pretty nice. Not much to do in the area, but everyone drives in the QC, anyway. We didn't go to Friday's when we were there but did take a look at breakfast, which is your usual reconstituted eggs and a platter of sausage patties. Some dannon yogurts, a waffle maker, etc-you know the drill! A solid C+/B- hotel experience, which might be a little lower quality than what you're paying for. PS when I was there a couple of weeks ago I used their public bathroom in the lobby. All of the other reviews list all of the awesome perks of the Radisson and their rooms. They are great. My and my wife's appreciation for all of those perks were amplified after our stay. Let me explain. During our IL/IA road trip, we stopped in the Quad Cities. We booked one night at the Radisson because they could not keep us more than that single night because the hotel was completed booked due to a Michael Buble concert next door. So, we changed hotels to the Isle of Capri on the other side of the river. The Isle was the most disgusting hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We went from the posh Radisson to the hellish Isle of Capri. God, I wish the Radisson could have kept us another night! read more

I didn't stay at the hotel, I just ate at the Friday's restaurant at the hotel. Not much to say other than it is a Standard Friday's. Decent food and good service. I believe the best part of this place is that it is located right on the Mississippi River. They have great outdoor seating in the summer, so i recommend enjoying the outside while you can in Illinois. read more

We stayed at the Radisson for a wedding at the Taxslayer Center. Location was awesome! The hotel was clean. However, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was gross, and people were running up and down the halls being loud at 1:00/2:00 in the morning. Also, upon check in, I paid with cash and the lady at the desk said I need a card on file for incidentals. No big deal, until I looked at my bank account and instead of a $20 pre-authorization, she put a pre-auth of $162, which is still showing up in my account! My room total, with a roll away bed was $150! Why there was a $162 hold put on my account is beyond my understanding. When I called, all I got was an, "I'm sorry". That's it. Other than the Radisson being in a great location, there is really no other benefit to staying there. read more

I would agree with most of the other reviewers of this hotel. It was a well appointed, spotlessly clean room. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was just fine. My tall husband found the shower head too low but this isn't an uncommon occurrence. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. For as nice a hotel that the Radisson is, I expected more than just the fake scrambled eggs and sausage patties (Sunday they added biscuits and gravy). There were the standard "make yourself" waffles and all other breads/starches were whatever came out of the plastic bag from the grocery store. No sweet pastries at all. I missed fruit salad. They did offer bananas and apples. Perhaps they are trying to push people to the TGI Fridays that is in the building. I would definitely stay here again because the pluses do outweigh the just OK breakfast. read more

Overall, good hotel. I stayed there for four nights and I noticed a had a bathroom faucet leak. I reported the next morning at the front desk, but no repair. Came back down the next day, and reported a leaking faucet in bathroom, still no repair. Let's just say I will not sleep there again... read more

The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. BUT--and this is a major need for improvement--they have exactly two luggage carts for six stories of rooms. Concierge Ashley was very nice and helpful. The hotel advertises 24/7 coffee and you have to constantly remind them to make it. I asked for a late checkout and there was no flexibility with the manager. Best they could do was noon. Gym only has one treadmill and very small. Not a gym at all. The same breakfast everyday. No variety AT ALL. No laundry on site. All in all, I didn't feel like a guest. I felt like a number. I don't know what type of pressures the manager may have, but people choose to stay at the hotel. I've stayed here many times for concerts and summer festivals. I've never been disappointed. TGI Friday's is attached. It's nice to sit outside during warm weather and watch the river and boating. Their rooms and suites are great. It's located next to the iWireless Center. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Stoney Creek Inn is a few blocks down. They are the only two hotels within walking distance of the iWireless Center. read more

Don't waste your money and stay at this hotel. Their doors are very noisy when they close. Didn't get to sleep till 1:30 in the morning due to the constant slamming when the doors shut. I even bring and use my own fan and a white noise machine. Plus we left the HVAC fan in the on position for more sound. All three of those items used, didn't drown out the noise. Breakfast sucked, it's free, get what you pay for. For the cost, much prefer the Hotel Blackhawk, right across the river in Iowa. Stay there, you will be much happier. read more

What a fantastic hotel. First, it is extremely clean at all times. Second, it has been kept updated to the Times. Third, the rooms are fantastic, clean and have superb mattresses. Additionally, great complementary breakfast, pool, whirlpool, fitness room, business center, great location within walking distance to many shops and bars/eateries and the John Deere museum is right across the street for those that like tractors!. Finally, the staff is great. Would stay here again for sure. One final note, super easy access to RIA; back gate road is a half a block. read more

Staff was rude upon check-in, neither Sleep Number Bed worked at all. Cable was out most of the time and at best only got channel 38 - 67. Staff was really rude at check-out. I was here on military travel and the hotel refused to honor the military Tax-exemption. The area is nice and free breakfast was amazing. read more

The Radisson isn't known to be an upscale hotel or anything fancy like that. It's a cheaper alternative if you're on a tight budget vacation or if you're in town for business. What's great about this Radisson is the proximity from the iWireless Center and the main 74 Interstate. It's also next to the Mississippi River. Another great thing about the Radisson is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport. Checking in was simple and the rates were reasonable. I had a sleep number bed so that was nice. I also had a fridge in my room as well. Every morning, they have free continental breakfast. They have a waffle station, sausage, oatmeal packets, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juice, and a variety of cereal. They have a mini store next to the check-in counter. They also have a microwave in case you need to heat up some cold pizza from the night before. They have a little gym and an indoor pool as well. Staff were nice and helpful. One night, I got out of the elevator to go to my room. As I stepped out, I smelled sh*t. Not dog sh*t. Human sh*t. It was soooo gross!! I looked around (I don't know why I did that. I should have just ran into my room) and saw a pile of sh*t on top of a decorative rock arrangement. So I informed the front desk and they immediately handled that problem. Who the hell has time to do that?! I'd give this place 4 stars if they at least had room service (late night especially because every restaurant near aren't open late unless you have a rental car and you can drive to Ross's which is 24 hours) or pay per view tv. In case you do get hungry late at night, Domino's and Papa John's are both open late. They have coupons at the front desk. They should inform people that they deliver straight to your hotel room late at night. read more

We stayed here one night when we went to an event at the iWireless Center. If you are going to iWireless for anything, you can't beat this location. You literally walk out the door of the hotel and you are 20 feet away from the entrance of iWireless. There are several restaurants and bars in the area and our group of 4 females felt safe walking around even late at night. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and responsive to our needs and the accommodations were nice. We didn't wake in time for breakfast, but it is a definite plus if you are an early riser. We went through the Radisson for our wedding, and they were wonderful to work with and our guests were all happy. The room rate was decreased for the block of rooms we reserved for our guests and we got our honeymoon suite complimentary ( it was very nice!) The Radisson is in a great location. Complimentary breakfast in the morning isn't anything fancy but has all of the basics. Lots of parking available, as well. read more

My friend and I called the Raddison a while back to ask a question about taking pictures and when I called they were saying how they "couldn't hear me to due to background noise," when there was no excess noise. And then when my friend called she politely asked if our small group could go there and I understand they can't allow it but he rudely said no and hung up right after.
