He was very patient and did not rush me at all. I was indifferent about ordering an expensive guitar out of state that I hadn't seen or played. To confirm the appearance of the website photos, Scott also sent photos from his own phone. We agreed on a competitive price including shipping. Before shipping, I also spoke to the guitar tech, Dave. We discussed the setup and action. He changed strings, polished the frets, treated the fingerboard and lowered the action. Both Scott and Dave were very friendly and professional throughout the sales process. The guitar showed up a day early, well packed and in perfect condition. Not a single scratch or blemish. It's a beautiful instrument and exactly as described on the RCMC site. Incredibly build quality. Next level compared to my Gibson SG Standard '61. It plays great and sounds fantastic. It's definitely a keeper and a perfect compliment to my Gibson. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Scott and Dave again. They support an honest shop of high integrity.
