They take good care of their patients and do a good job getting results available ASAP.

I am not one to leave reviews at places I just mostly use my account to see if places nearby are good. But I will say that this place I do not recommend it, please look for another place if bedside manner is important to you. I do not wanna input to many details about my appointment but it was very early morning and I understand that people at 7 am aren't the chirpiest, and the ladies in the front were so nice and helpful, but the techs in the back need to work on their manners a bit more. As young girls we need to have each others back and be helpful and kind to one another but the lack of communication and empathy they have was astounding. No hellos were exchanged when entering the room, very much "ugh why are you here so early" energy was felt in the room. I will not be going back. Radner ia Ponzi scheme for investors and a nightmare for patients. Bogus earnings and growth statements out of C-suite demonstrates an untrustworthy company. X-rays can't be booked online using their website and they won't schedule an appointment on the phone for X-rays because they hate doing X-rays because they "aren't worth their time" and are trying to discourage X-ray patients. If you go to their location, their staff are more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs or providing decent customer service let alone quality customer service. I went back to my doctor to express my frustration and get a referral to Sol Imaging instead. I was told by office staff that they've been getting a lot of complaints and requests to go to Sol instead. I couldn't agree more. Radnet is terrible and I will never use them again. The two x-ray techs seemed nice and competent, as was the person on the front desk. Covid protocols for the facility are sloppy. Masks are not truly mandated inside (customers and two female staff members with masks off their faces, but affixed to their ears), and the cleaning of common contact areas or between clients was non existent. First the overall feeling of this place is awful it looks like it hasn't been painted or cleaned in years or perhaps decade. The floors are old and dirty with a small rug which again has seen better days. Wait time is horrible and yet people continue to come in one after another. Staff is good but wish they would spent a few bucks to clean it up! read more

on multiple occasions i was to have ct scans. on both occasions they called and we set upan appt and discussed my copay. both times they told me no (zero) copay! ok - everything is set right? the day before the appointment they cal me to inform me there is a $140.04 copay due the day of my ct scan! wait - wtf! then they pull the same thing on my 2nd ct scan! wtf! needless to say i had to cancel both appointments! im on a fixed income and cant afford copays. i think this company does this to all patients! they are scammers! they are doing a money grab on unsuspecting patients. do not ever use this company! read more

Staff was friendly as well as the X-ray tech however there was no parking and even though I had an appointment I waited over 30 minutes before being called in the back. The entire office is very outdated and dirty. The chairs are filthy and the baseboards. I didn't want to touch anything because there was no hand sanitizer available unlike most facilities. There are old torn magazines on a heavily stained make shift coffee table that shouldn't even be there. Being so overcrowded and not having any health precautions makes me feel very uneasy and I will not be coming back to this particular office. read more

People here are pleasant enough. Too many appointments scheduled for same time slot: they open at 7:00 am and place is packed moments after opening doors. Automated phone answering system seems mostly useless, many steps and much time to get no assistance or options. Online check in systems also don't seem to work properly. You will wait and wait and wait. Managed healthcare nightmare. The office folks are super-nice about the whole miserable experience though. read more

I have always had a great experience with your service. I was rather unhappy with my Ultra Sound. They told me to be there 20 minutes early. I am always early. That's on me. Someone did not show up until 6:50 to open office. Waited another 30 minutes. My appointment was at 7:00 read more

I go to Elite Imaging on Apatite st. In Victorville. Everyone is always pleasant. We did have to wait awhile for a 30 second chest x-ray. But all in all, I will always come back here. read more

The staff are somewhat pleasant but offer nothing but excuses as to why the wait time is so long. They just said "our wait time is 30 to 45 minutes" I have to fast for my test, it is 330pm and I still have a long wait. Meanwhile the staff is just socializing with each other and not working to get patients out on time. read more

I went to the Corwin office and I have to say Louie and Michelle are the most professional,helpful, and knowledgeable employees of this company. They helped me fast due to the extreme pain I was in and were very empathetic and kind to me. They got me in and out in a very timely manner. However I cannot say the same about the Hesperia office. They were not very professional and it seems as though they may have no medical experience at all....They probably hired them from working at McDonald's! So if you need anything go to apple valley they are wonderful there. read more
