Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. They provided fast and great care. Their hospitalist Dr. Sree and Dr. Sandhu were very nice and caring. I am very happy with them. Also the case management team is easy to communicate with and helped with my referrals and all my discharge needs in a timely manner. read more

I have an issue with the Nurse Practitioners or Physician's Assistants. One started our visit with "Whew! My 8am cancer patient really tore me up!" the next visit I tell her I've been having hot flashes "impossible! you've had a hysterectomy. we could check your hormones levels but it would be a waste of time." I am hypothyroid, The thyroid gland produces, guess what? a HORMONE. This tiny butterfly shaped gland in your throat regulates things like metabolism and body temperature...but testing would be a waste of time. In addition to being hypothyroid, I am diabetic and in stage 3 renal failure. My nephrologist wants me a specific type of diet, so I requested to see a nutritionist/dietician.."You are a grown woman. You should know better. You get what you deserve, Which in this case is dialysis." When I complained to the office I was told to just ask not to be seen by her. It has taken an email to get a response...well a "thank you for writing, some one will be with you". There was a reply asking for my phone number, I gave it, and even left a voice message with the phone number listed in the email. I am not holding my breath. read more

Let's see where to begin. They dropped labcorp that has numerous locations in the high desert. In their wisdom they choose to use a lab with one location in Barstow and one in Victorville. So there is only one unless you want to drive 70 miles round trip. No that lab does not take appointments. You can only imagine the wait. They recommend a dr. Poola. Why I have no idea. He or his staff lost my file that was for a surgery. 60 days later after calling choice medical that person tracked it down. Until 2019 I would rate them a 7. Now I would be generous giving them a 3. It is very hard to get treatment from them . My mom who is 79 has had reaccuring UTIs I had to appeal their denial for her to see a urologist then when he recommended a procedure they denied it. I have to appeal the decision from their Doctor and have waited almost 2 months while she suffers. I echo the sentiments of a previous reviewer they are the worst and so far as of this review I'm waiting to hear from their member services representative Pam so I can get some answers straight their Dr Earle is not one I will recommend due to the poor office staff and the number of excuses they come up with. If you're not in pain and have time to get in the system the Choice Medical Group is for you but, if you are in a great deal of pain then I suggest treatment with someone else. read more

I had my a procedure on my gal bladder done in may. Doctor Patel was very personable, very understanding, and also was very upfront on not only what the procedure entailed but also how fast it would take to get better and back to work. I would recommend his services because of these things and also because I have no side effects from the procedure. read more

This is the worst place to work for , Jordan who is the director of the company is not a good person . He believes everything Roshelli tells him and every time you send him proof that you are doing your work and the other person is the problem he will continue to keep be on her side . He lies stating a lot of employees have issues with you when you get a long with everyone but that one person . He just doesn't think or act like a manger . He obviously is doing something with the girl because he allows her to put fake lashes and do her makeup at work while he sits and watches her . He has emailed me constantly saying how I am doing such a great job and always complementing my work but as soon as you do something roshelli doesn't like he is against you , mind you she is no manger she is a regular employee . Roshelli has been very nasty plenty of times on teams that management has even seen how she has spoken to me . Management had even told me how I am doing an amazing job and a team player and to not pay attention to her . But yet just because Jordan is a Director he over powers everyone else ! It is so sad , I helped this man so much even with work he couldn't do because he was so over whelmed or didn't know how to do his job because he is a new director and the job was pretty much handed to him . I was more like the ginny pig of the case management only good enough to do the dirty work . I would definitely not recommend anyone to work in case management under Jordan or with Roshelli . If you expect them to refill your meds after the pharmacy request have been sent multiple times your out of luck. I was told to call my mom doc 5 days before running out. When I asked the pharmacy if they sent the requests they say that office is terrible about responding to their refill electronic requests. This is poor continuum of care. Docs are not the problem but who ever is supposed to do refills needs to step up! The girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She insisted it was my fault that there were refills. She called the pharmacy and found it was indeed their fault. No apology for telling me it was my fault. Very rude! read more

Do they even know? I came in for a TB test and the process was really quick and simple. I waited about 45 minutes for the test, but that's not even bad since I didn't have an appointment. The staff was really friendly and easy to talk to and they made the process easy. I came back 2 days later to have the test read and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The waiting room is really clean and modern, which was nice when I was waiting for my test on my first visit. read more

This has been the worst we of my life dealing with Choice Medical Group offices. The only thing the services can do is tell you to contact your doctor. The doctor that is not doing the referrals that you need and who lies to your face saying that the referrals are done. A week has gone by and they only managed to get 1 out of the 5 tests needed entered into "the system". I should have had all these tests this week so the oncologist would be able to treat my breast cancer, but Choice Medical Group doesn't care. read more

The worst medical care I have ever had. They fail to refill scripts on time, both Dr Patel and Singh say things like (Travis for Patel),we can't fill that script because we don't use that med... Never mind you've been on it for years. Singh oh I'm a new Dr I can't refill your rx I could get in trouble.. I think they are in the wrong business..they loose their appointments you go in with an appt card written by them and they say " you have no appt today". Horrible Dr's Horrible medical group. Stay away from choice medical group/ Choice Physicians Network. Keep in mind I'm only touching on a few things that come to mind .
