I am updating my review based on multiple experiences with this business. Most recently, I sold jewelry for an agreed price of $38,000. After leaving and counting the cash, I found that I had received $35,000. When I raised the issue, I was told that the full amount had been paid. This was especially concerning because it was not my first dispute with this business. In a previous transaction, approximately $20,000 worth of my gold could not be accounted for. After hiring a lawyer and pursuing the matter, I was eventually credited $10,000. During that dispute, there was also disagreement regarding a verbal agreement we had made. My overall experience has been that there are frequent disputes about amounts, values, and prior agreements, and that the business does not maintain the level of documentation I would expect for transactions involving significant sums of money. I strongly recommend that customers insist on detailed written records, receipts, inventories, and confirmations for every transaction before leaving the store. In my experience, relying on verbal agreements and informal recordkeeping can lead to costly disputes. read more

Initially I had a good experience when purchasing a $5k chain for a pendant. Mike made a good suggestion on the chain to match the pendant. So much so that a bracelet to match was suggested. I didn't have enough cash on me to purchase the bracelet in full at the time so I took him up on the lay away offer and made a down payment. I was convinced as I was told the price of gold was rising the following day and I should lock in the price. Fast forward as time passed, I called to check the remaining balance so that I can go in and pay it off. Unfortunately, I was told that he cannot pull up the information without the receipt from the down payment and I would be essentially forfeiting my down payment. To me, that's the business and I won't go back. Simple as that. A once happy customer lost! I don't recommend. read more

Please make sure if you come in here you come ready to check authenticity for what you're buying.. (not just checking for a 14k mark) actual acid or density test! Been coming here for over a decade and a few months ago caught them trying to sell me 10k for 14k.. resolved the issue with them and still bought afterwards.. come to find out now that absolutely everything else I own from them is 10k when was sold as 14k.. First off yes the prices they have are low compared to others but we all know the saying "you get what you pay for " the gold is not 14kt like they say it is They use other metals to fill the gold and stamp it 14kt but in reality your getting 11 k or 12k not fully 14kt that's why they haggle the prices with you because it's not fully 14kt I've spent thousands of dollars here with them over the years and I've decided to sell some of my chains to local shops and had them test it out multiple jewelers told me the same thing it's not 14kt gold it ended up being 12kt at best I rather buy from Jacoje online or somewhere else but not these guys and I've seen the reviews from other ppl it's true beware of their quality of gold If I'm going to pay for something it better be what I'm being told it is nothing lesss Buyers BEWARE read more

He even said he remembered when I came in with my male friend when we spent hundreds of dollars. He said he was willing to throw in the labor but wanted me to buy a new earring back and post which was not even gold. And he wanted to charge me $50 for a metal, (NOT gold) post and earring back. How many earring backs have you lost in your life? It wasn't just his greed that annoyed me, it was his total and utter disrespect of me as a human. I find men like this treat women very differently when there's another man with me. I wouldn't trust these folks. Plus he obviously doesn't respect older women. Steer clear.

Patrick beautifully laser welded it back on with yellow gold to match the frame, and even cleaned up the surrounding area that was burnt from an earlier repair attempt.
