There is a separate waiting area with plenty of chairs, and walk-ins are welcome (of course customers who made reservations get first service). They have five barber's chairs and they were all full, but the three of us who didn't have appointments got in, I would estimate, in around 20 minutes. From my observation the barbers all have mad skills. The gentleman who cut my hair, well, he was like Edward Scissorhands. I've never seen anyone with the skills and speed he displayed cutting my hair, with little snippets of hair flying all around us. It was truly amazing. None of that matters if I didn't like my cut, but it's in the top 2 or 3 I've ever had. It'd probably be #1, but I'm giving points for degree of difficulty to earlier cuts when I had a lot more hair, and it was often pretty long. So bottom line is Rocky's will be my new barber shop, hopefully for a long time.

Alot of barbers in the past have had a hard time with my hair cut, but 2 of the guys from here do it perfect every time. They are friendly, efficient and even have a female hairstylist for the ladies. Beware of the parking meters out front if you go Mon-Friday because they take your cars picture if you stay past your time and send you the parking fine! The only benefit is because of these meters, they tend to be alot less busy Mon-Friday, which is a plus if you don't like to wait. The employee, Victor, painted my hair at least 3x darker that what I asked for. He didn't clean the paint of my neck and forehead and later wanted to scrub my face as it was a dirty floor! If that was not enough he market my shirt with color paint. When I tryed to communicate in the salon no one other than the receptionist was able to speak English! The receptionist left before I finished my hair so no one that could communicate was there! English is not my first language either, but you should be able to communicate to stay in business!
